The place is immaculate.

It's a hotel. I get it, room service. That's why I didn't rate it low. And if you're wondering why I went for it, it was a last minute booking, else I wouldn't have. The BnBs are beating the hotels with their microwaves to warm up your food and mini fridges to chill your drinks, irons and ironing boards in the room, all with a lower price. So the hotel is not great value for your money. Hotels should include such equipment by the way. It helps us to be flexible on our trip.

The friendly staff at Reception, wow. They welcomed us with a smile and went out of their way to accommodate our special requests.

Security lady at the entrance gate, she was on her phone while operating the boom gate with her thigh, that's not safe. The base cover and small carpets in the rooms were dirty. The entrance and the stairs leading to the restaurant below were filthy. Please make the area to the restaurant inviting and close the staff kitchen entrance at all times bcos they are noisy and we don't want to see the untidiness of where our food is prepared.

The place is beautiful from the time you enter the security gate all the way into your room. The staff was exceptional. We booked the room late in the day and got there around about 11 pm, we were warmly welcomed into a clean room. I enjoyed the peace and quiet we had during our stay and the care we received from the staff. The place is close to town so getting what we needed was a breeze. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

The room was beautiful, neat, and comfortable, and the water temperature was perfect.

The bathroom needs an electronic air vent or, better known as an extractor fan installed in the bathrooms, after a hot shower the bathroom becomes extremely humid as there is no window in the bathroom. The aircon in our room was very old and it made a lot of noise when it was on. Lastly, please get rid of the dstv, and install smart TVs with netflix etc.

Very clean. The smell as you enter 🩷. Very well kept. The security assisted us with our luggage.

Not enough space between bed and wardrobe ☹️. I was in room 21 which is close to the exit. Not sure if this exit is used by staff as there was noise in the early hours of the morning. Lots of movement. Please invest in luggage carriers/trollies to the reception please.

The location is very convenient as it is based in the CBD

I didn’t like the process of booking breakfast separately, We were only told when we got to the breakfast area that we had to book the breakfast separately yet it was included in our booking package.

Good property. Spacious room with a mini bar fridge. Comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. hotel is very well maintained and the employees are friendly. restaurant is very neat and food served is fresh and delicious with a variety of menus suitable for a long stay.

This may be a long shot butr it will greatly improve convenience if the restaurant can be joined to the main hotel as the weather is always unpredictable towards the coast. an outside restaurant can be ver inconviniencing in rainy weathers.

I liked everything from the gate security to the car park,you could feel the warm welcome from outside worse when you enter the reception area lovey staff welcomed you with a smile every clean establishment I must day thank you.

The Manager by the name of Noma needs more training on customer service. She's rude and she passes bad remarks about customers on their back. She makes promises to customers but complain when she has to do as promised. I was really upset by her attitude towards customers. For once I doubted if she has proper training for that job. She needs to work and improve on her customer service knowledge.
