Right on the beach , hotel staff really nice and very helpful, there's also a spa on the premises that's included in the price, but you have to book. I mentioned in dislikes that there is no restaurant, but the hotel work with a local restaurant and you can order food and eat it up on the terrace the hotel will supply cutlery etc, we used this service one evening and the food was excellent. There is a bar on the beach but at moment only open till 6 and you can get some snacks there.

There's no restaurant at the hotel. There are some close by on the beach, but only open in high season. So if you don't have a car you need to get a bus into Ravenna which only operates till 8pm and a taxi back is around €30 , and if you order a taxi from the hotel it comes from Ravenna so you're talking €60, next time I'll rent a car.

For the most part it was very clean. check in was easy and room was ok. Nice it was right on the beach. breafkfast was good .

thought I was getting a room with a balcony on the beach but had one facing a garden. the floor in our room was some sort of rubber carpet.....gross!! bed was very uncomfortable when you call a hotel a grand hotel the beds better be comfortable with nice linens. beach chairs should be included in your nightly rate it is advertised as a beach front hotel.

The location was amazing! Our glass doors walked right into the beautiful, sandy beach. The room was clean and the AC worked great! It was hot out, so the AC was important.

I wish someone would have explained the facilities better. We did a lot of wandering around looking for restaurants and pools. We didn’t know how to use the facilities and the staff weren’t super friendly. They acted inconvenienced when we asked about restaurants, shuttles, and pools,

Beach was stunning we had the water front units. Rooms are spacious and clean. Good amount of space for everything. Room was beside a public access to the beach, they absolutely need to provide some privacy for this room. Also can’t lock the doors from the outside so if you wanted to go for a walk on the beach you would need to go from the inner door and walk around

Very close to the beach this hotel offered us a nice 1-night-stay. As we stayed in March, the beach was empty but still enough for our kids to play with all the shells laying there, and there were a lot. The swimming pool was really tiny, but offered enough variety for the day, but had to be booked in advance and was only available from 19:00 - 21:00.

Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Beach front room was ideally positioned. Breakfast was more than adequate.

No resturaunt for evening meals but we ordered in and ate in the breakfast room which worked well. Room although ideally positioned for the beach seemed a little damp.

We arrived here after traveling for over 24 hours to the most pleasant wonderful beach location. we were 4 friends to a room and it was plenty of space for just one night before boarding our cruise in Ravenna. This is more a place for locals to stay on vacation but it was just wonderful for our little stay. The restaurant next door was awesome and very accommodating to 4 girlfriends with jet lag that just wanted to indulge in pizza and prosecco. The rooms are pleasantly arranged. Two twin beds and one queen. The bathroom was quite spacious and everything is very updated. With the heat it was great to come back to a very well cooled room. The morning breakfast was more than we could have asked for. Pretty much had everything you wanted including eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, bread, etc. Espresso machine and juice machine was over the top. Only thing lacking was no Prosecco😢. Make sure to check out the art exhibit down stairs next to the lobby too. Would stay here in a heart beat if I find myself in Ravenna again.

Room position is perfect.

Swimming pool is great, but is not a swimming pool for kids to play, high number of rules and other people old aged making activities. We felt that we were disturbing the peace of the place.

The beach was beautiful, breakfast was great, and the nearby city of Ravenna is remarkably historic, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, hope to be back some day. The thermal pool was also a very pleasant way to relax.
