Good stay.

I needed a parking lot for a 26' UHaul with a tow dolly that CAN NOT BACK UP. I SPECIFICALLY asked booking agent if the parking lot/drive way COMPLETELY surrounded the building and was assured that it did ....twice. It didn't and the truck got stuck. Manager called the Sheriff Deputies because by then I was obstructing the drive. I had to call UHaul roadside assistance who was NOT happy at being rousted out of bed at 1:30 am Monday morning. This stay caused me a great big financial problem.

The breakfast was OK. They were not enough choices, but it was fair for the price. I really liked the view from my room. I liked that the room had a balcony. During the day, sunlight streamed into the room and I loved that. Also, the room was really clean, very clean. The furniture is not really new, but because it was so clean I really appreciated that. The room attendant was very nice and helpful. She did not speak much English, but I explained to her that the water in the sink was not draining properly. I wasn’t even sure she understood but I went out and came back and she had fixed it. I was very grateful for that.

I could hear people in the room next to me. That didn’t bother me too much but above me, I think there was a family with kids and each night there was a ruckus before I went to bed.

The motel was really close to Haywood Medical Center. I didn't have to travel very far after my Ankle Surgery. It was a very convenient location, and the bed and pillow were very comfortable.

There wasn't much that I didn't like about the motel. My sister in law did go down for breakfast and she said that there really wasn't much there for breakfast options. The lighting by the bed could have been a little brighter than what it was.

when we checked into our room the beds weren’t made and the floor wasn’t vacuumed said it was a new housekeeper. but promptly moved us to another room

Great views, room was clean.

The TV had problem which took staff about an hour to fix. The shower had a weak spray and there was only one towel for two people. The bed was hard. The couple next door came in and were talking loud, thumping things, and making love very loudly until late at night.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The night counterwoman was nice and helpful. This was a good midpoint for our Great Smoky Mountain Railway Polar Express ride and the Biltmore Christmas tour. We would stay here again.

We had 5 people in our room but there were only 2 towels and washcloths in the room. I did ask for more the next morning and was quickly given the extras. I think the room should have had at least 5 sets of towels since that was how many people we had registered in the room.

This wasn’t my first stay at this location and it won’t be my last. The Days Inn in Waynesville NC has been clean and comfortable with outstanding staff every single time.

My only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is the breakfast offered. There are packs of instant oatmeal and grits, prepackaged donuts and tangerines along with coffee and a pitcher of apple juice. I’ve seen worse but it could be better. Even if you can’t offer eggs and bacon (don’t care for eggs anyway lol), I would love to be able to have a slice of peanut butter toast or a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Just a thought and as I said, a very minor complaint.

Great central location. Room was clean and spacious. Employees were attentive and welcoming.

Nothing. Our stay was flawless and stress free

.It appeared every room has a balcony with very comfortable rocking chairs and privacy walls overlooking the mountains.We spent most of our time out there.Also loved the elevator instead of lugging luggage up the stairs.

If there was anything to complain about it was the light in the balcony area came on automatically with no way to shut it off. This kind of ruined the beautiful sunset

Cold coffee at breakfast, had hot tea instead. No problem
