What am amazing weekend at this lovely Bed & Breakfast! Anna was so accommodating and so nice and her cooking was simply outstanding!! The bed was so comfortable, and the house was remarkably quiet even though for the first night, she was booked in all but one room. So close to all the shops and restaurants in Waynesville but on a quiet residential street for you to sit and relax if you wanted to and just take in the scenery of the mountains. As the only guests in the house the second night we were there, we were able to eat breakfast with Ms. Anna before we left to come home and she was so nice to talk to. If you're in the Waynesville area, this is a great place to stay!

Beautiful room, very clean. Lovely bed and linens. Great private bathroom right in the room separated by quaint doors. Bath robe and single use slippers provided. Several course breakfast prepared by the owner, Anna, who is a wonderful cook and host! Old fashioned B&B experience!

Outside landscaping and grounds could use some updating and clean up and the place would be perfect!

The entire Bed & Breakfast was very clean and beautiful. The beds were OH, SO comfy. I slept longer than usual. Host was very kind and accommodating. Dinner which she prepares when given a 24 hour notice was delicious. She obviously is a secret gourmet cook> Needless to say, her Breakfast is just as skillfully prepared as all her meals.

The breakfast was the best we ever had!!! Absolutely delicious! We were asked what we like for breakfast and Anna responded very individually to our wishes, herring and other savory dishes for my husband, sweet dishes for me. Every day different, every day a starter like overnight oats with fruit for example, and everything was fantastic!!! We both usually don‘t like grits, but had to change our mind. Anna’s grits are delicious. Also, I had the best banana-chocolate-French toast ever! Anna is the nicest person!! She gave us a lot of information and recommendations about the area and always was ready to help. The rooms are beautiful, the view fantastic, you have a Keurig coffeemaker and coffee, tea and hot chocolate in your room and also a fridge with drinks. Everything is furnished with love and there is nothing missing.

The breakfasts were wonderful. Anna even made a home-cooked Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings! It was truly incredible. The home is beautiful with views of the mountains. There is a firepit in the yard to sit by. The home is within walking distance of downtown Waynesville, and on a nice quiet street.

This huge old home sits on a beautiful property with lots of places to sit outdoors and enjoy the mountain scenery. The bedrooms are all different and furnished with lovely antique furniture. The inn keeper is very dog friendly and was so kind to our little dog.

This is the one of the best experiences we've ever had at B&B. The breakfast was a thing of beauty as well as a culinary delight. We enjoyed our conversation with Anna, our hostess. The property was charming and the room comfortable.

This B & B is convenient to Waynesville and close to I-40. It was clean, neat, and quiet. The hostess was kind, answered all our questions, and recommended a few great local restaurants to try. The morning breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and setting on front porch, beautiful. We will look forward to returning to Oak Hill in the near future.....This lovely property

It was in a good location and the owner (Anna) was very nice and accommodating.

There was limited parking. it was not an issue during our stay, but I can see it might be a problem if all the rooms were full.

Absolutely wonderful hostess who is also an amazing cook. Top of the line breakfast provided each morning. Inn is an amazing 120 year old mansion and still in remarkable and beautiful shape.
