The location is perfect 👌. Right on the river which was beautiful 😍. The back deck was fabulous. The fireplace was a plus. The full kitchen was very convenient. Bed was comfy. My kids love animals, and there was the most adorable outdoor cat that they made friends with. My daughter wanted to ask to keep her lol. The owners were so sweet and friendly.

It honestly was great. The only things I would say could be improved upon would be internet TV instead of cable. I can't stand commercials. I usually travel with a firestick, so normally I wouldn't care, but we had to watch their TV, and I ended up turning it off because of 1000 commercials, lol. We're spoiled with our firesticks. The only other thing would be that the heat was very hard to regulate. It was either too hot or too cold. Maybe I didn't understand how to use it, who knows. I ended up just turning it down and covering up more.

I was in Maggie Valley visiting my family who live nearby, so the location of the cottages was ideal. The property is very inviting, with the creek running alongside it and the cute little dog and cat who walk around greeting the guests! They are absolutely precious! The atmosphere was very quiet and calming, guests were considerate, and the management was very friendly and helpful. I needed extra sheets for the pull-out sofa in the cabin, and the manager provided them right away. The cabin was stocked with all essential necessities, like dish soap, bath soap, plenty of towels, trash bags, and fully stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils. The bed was also very comfortable. There was a fireplace, which I didn't get to use this time, but will be looking forward to using when I return in the Fall! The screen door was nice as well, to leave open and enjoy those nice, cool, Maggie Valley mornings! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cozy Creek Cottages, and will return in the future.

The only complaint I have is that there was something sticky (like maybe pancake syrup?) all over the seat of one of the dining chairs, and I didn't realize it until I sat down! It was also on the handle of the kitchen blinds. Not a huge deal, because all it took was a little soap and water to wipe down, but still a surprise when you're not expecting it and you sit in it or put your hand in it to open the blinds!

This was the perfect little cottage nestled directly above beautifully flowing babbling creek. Each morning we woke up to watching sunshine peaking through the trees and shining down into the clear flowing water, chipmunks playing and the sounds of the water flowing through the mountain rocks of Jonathan Creek. The cottage was immaculately clean and stocked with anything you may need to make your own meal right there. We grilled on the back deck and watched the game. The beds were comfortable and we all slept wonderfully!! We were greeted by the sweetest little pup who came in and made friends with our little pup. I can’t wait to return!!

If the owner could be honest about the price.I paid 50 extra dollars that he was supposed to pay you all plus an additional 203.00 that he charged us that was never explained..Not really sure if I ever got the 150.00 that I was charged on the 16th of July to confirm the reservation.If that was the case.almost 800.00 for a house that should have costed us 338.00.This guy should be investigated.

Clean, comfortable and quaint location next to a creek. Very friendly staff and well kept facilities. Nice fire pit close to creek and one very friendly cat. We enjoyed sitting outside and watching lightning bugs.

The nightlight in the bathroom didn't work so we left the porch light on because it shone into the bedroom. Also, the toilet would make trickling noises after being flushed until we depressed the handle again. Also, all night long the toilet would run for about 5 seconds every 10 to 15 minutes and kept waking us up.

Location was great. Cottage was cute and very clean. Loved, loved, loved being on the creek.

Bathroom needs a little updating, i.e. a taller vanity and commode. Needs to be painted to brighten up the whole place as the paneling is kind of dark. More comfy seating in the living room, maybe at least one recliner type chair. Otherwise place is awesome. Would stay there again.

The location is right between Waynesville and Cherokee. The cabin was the perfect size and fully stocked with pots and pans and other kitchen necessities. The staff was responsive and very polite. Check in and check out was so easy.

The only thing that I would change is to have a taller toilet.

We loved the location with the creek within feet of the back deck. Pretty secluded and all the amenities we could ask for. Very “cozy”. WiFi and a flatscreen TV where we could access anything we wanted. We were there for 6 days and loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommend!

We were pretty much satisfied with everything.

This was a great cottage located right on the creek. It was peaceful, gorgeous, and the sound of the creek rushing by was very soothing. The cottage had a lot of extras that you wouldn't expect, like a body wash, shampoo, conditioner dispenser in the bathroom, a fridge with an icemaker, which is really nice, and a little keurig type coffee maker with a few complimentary coffee pods. Kitchen was well stocked if you want to fix a meal there instead of going out. The cottages are also in a great location!

I want to say this stay was perfect, because we really enjoyed it and will DEFINITELY book again, but I do have to be honest about the couch and recliner chair being very uncomfortable. That's the only thing I would change :)

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. All we needed to bring was our food and clothing. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a single serve Keurig but we always bring our own. Linens provided as well. A great place to unwind and enjoy our trip to Maggie Valley. We really liked the location. Shaun was a great host, very friendly and helpful. We especially liked his kitty Sig!

We really don’t have any complaints!
