Our room was nice ~ two queen beds, coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen tv. The sliding glass door was permanently closed due to security concerns (on main level, facing parking). Breakfast was provided ~ good selection of food. Gentleman at front desk was courteous and kind, very helpful!

Coffee wasn't too good, didn't stay hot. We were not able to access the small balcony and rocking chairs provided there. The tall shrubs by the main entry/exit drives blocked the view of on-coming traffic, making it difficult to see clearly when exiting the parking lot.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room had a lovely view of the mountains. There was a small balcony where we could enjoy the view. Centrally located, lots of restaurants, shops and museums nearby. Great place for motorcyclists. Breakfast was provided which allowed us to get an early start to our day.

The one thing that was not available at the time of our stay was a guest laundry, unfortunately the replacement equipment had not arrived.

Very accommodating. I had booked a 2nd without realizing because of my blindness. I called the lady told me to call back and talk to the manager. I waited and 3 days before arriving I called and that lady said to wait till I got there. When I did arrive the manager already changed it for me.

Finding 2 roaches. But I did mention to the manager and he said he would take care of it.

The breakfast was ok and had plenty of choices.

I didn't like our balcony and room was filled with the smell from people smoking weed and cigarettes which was really bad.We had to leave early and was not able to enjoy the balcony on the river.

Very convenient to the show grounds. Paul was very nice and helpful as well. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The evening desk employee was hard to understand and seemed confused when I requested a receipt. The jacuzzi tub was a little dirty with hair,the towel next to it had black stains or mold. Housekeeping came into my room while I was gone and took the dirty towels, didn't replace them and didn't clean anything. I didn't even request room service.

Loved the view from the balcony and the rocking chairs on the balcony. Everything was clean.

The bed was hard and the pillow too fluffy. Breakfast wasn't anything special. There should be sugar free syrup for your diabetic guests.

I loved that the people that work there are very friendly and very nice. The rooms are the best and the beds are comfy and I love the balcony where you can sit and look at the creek.

We love the location and the sound of the river is very relaxing.

The linens need replacing, the place is dated and needs upgrading. They need to pay attention to cleaning glass doors and the grounds need attention desperately.

Location was very good easy to find. Breakfast was good had several different choices ...I like hot breakfast eggs sausage and such husband yogurt and fruit line so wonderful choices.

The rooms were clean. Neat bed was comfoctober... The balcony was beautiful over the water.

Breakfast Was ok but nothing to brag about The eggs tasted like Powder eggs.. Sausage was burnt.... Pool was very small , hot tub, not working
