Ok, so I had to have a room for the night before traveling on to Tuckasegee, NC for a wedding. When I arrived the check in was quick and easy. The room is large and spacious. I did have to do some work while there so the desk in the room was perfect and the wifi was quick and easy to sign onto. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was nice and everything you needed in the room was there. Nice tv, fridge, microwave etc. I got there at night but the view I saw the next morning was so pretty and full of fall colors. I would absolutely recommend or stay here again.

Breakfast didn't have a lot of healthy options but eh, I was ok to splurge on some biscuits and gravy for a day :)

People were very nice. Night clerk super helpful and friendly

We did not have towels in our room when first checked in. Front desk was great in helping us get what we needed. Put door hanger out one morning for room to get serviced but room did not get serviced. Door hanger had fallen on the floor… most likely an innocent over sight. Again front desk very helpful with this.

When we go to the mountains maggie valley is our favorite place to stay, it's quite and not far to drive to Cherokee, waynesville, or pigeon forge. We always want to stay at the best western, the staff is great, rooms are always clean , towels are soft and the beds are wonderful. The price of the rooms are reasonable and you get your moneys worth . As. Far as breakfast is concerned we enjoy going to country vittles, the breakfast is great and the price is good. If we could we would stay for a month , God created the mountains and we look forward to ging every chance we get !!! MAGGIE VALLEY BEST WESTERN MOUNTAINBROOK INN

Everything is good, we have no complaints

Location was perfect for me as I traveled from the great Smokey’s into Pisgah. Bed was comfier than it would have been at the quality inn next door. Area looks a bit sketchy but was actually really safe.

The noise ohhh the noise. Kids screaming in the pool. Anyone started a car or moved you could hear it. Also the room looked to be very quickly cleaned between guests. Found hair in one bed so we used the other instead.

Breakfast was good. One of the reasons we chose the mountainbrook inn.

Room was a little damp. One of the lamps didn't work. Cable was giving weather for South Carolina. We don't have a problem with the motorcycles, but sometimes they take up extra parking spots. Due to the rain, some were parked in front of the ice machine.

Room was very comfortable and We were able to walk so many places to eat and the hotel had a FABULOS breakfast at no extra charge. The scenery from our room was magnificent. I would stay there again for SURE

Continental breakfast wasn't great, but better than most. Room was nice. LOVED that the heater fan didn't stay on 24/7, but only when heating.

Check out took forever. Front desk does triple duty, so waiting on a paper receipt took a while.

The breakfast was excellent. And so was the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. I definitely will stay there again next time.

My only complaint would be is that our room was below the room where housekeeping worked. Supposedly they worked at night and we could hear them at all hours.

Our stay was short but I enjoyed it. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. The hidden Gem at this property was the staff. Every staff member I encountered was so accommodating. Especially Misty she made my sister and I feel welcomed the moment we stepped foot on the property. I noticed her interacting with everyone this way. In such a polarized world we live in today it was refreshing to see someone so personable and appeared to genuinely love her job and did it well. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. If I had anything to critique it would be the bathroom needs updating.

The motel was in a prime spot for our event. There is a great restaurant next door, Legends, and not too far away from the fairgrounds. The beds were comfortable, nice shower water pressure, and nice TV channel options.

The television could have been a little larger.
