Great access to the area without driving. Very clean and had a high end feel. Comfortable beds. AC handled the extremely high temps outside and kept us cool. The pool was wonderful and the outside temps made it feel heated. It also had a spa and cabana off the pool. Even on the first floor, there was minimal noise heard in the room. We were offered pool towels each time we went to the pool. Friendly staff.

Internet was spotty. It didn’t work properly the first night. Even after it was fixed, it didn’t extend to the pool area or much of the outside property. Breakfast was truly continental. Not a full breakfast, but not terrible. Several selections. Key cards demagnetized several times. But they were happy to reprogram them.

Upon arrival i asked if they had anything on the top floor. They didnt but Lisa went above and beyond to move some things around so we could have a room on the top floor. The hotel was cleaner than any I have been in in a long time (even big name hotels!). We travel a lot but have to a place where we just expect a hard, uncomfortable bed. This was the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in and the sheets were so soft! 😊 It's also directly across from the casino so we enjoyed a walk over for a concert. Most hotels in Cherokee are not up to par so we were very pleased with this place. I do wish it was a tad cheaper but it was worth it to have a nice place to stay

I always enjoy our stay at the stonebrook lodge .. bcuz of how close it is to the casino and its clean, an overall good stay.you never really have problems here .i feel like it totally worth the little extra u pay to have nice bed room and breakfast.ive stayed at all 3 across from the casino and this has been my go-to hotel.. ever since.☺

We were scared to park at the back where its easy to get to.. any/your room ...becuz last year we had a huge container on the back of the truck empty of course but we had went shopping at Tenn knife works and were talking about all the stuff and deals we got and this n that when we returned.so someone heard or seen us and thought they were gettn some good stuff on back.there were people unloading as well.or did some/latewalkers... just passing thru think belcuz of our container,there was stuff in it.so just hope u can do something to address that.

We were only there one night. Close to the casino.

I booked two rooms. One for me and my husband and one for my Aunt ( it was her 80th birthday- the reason we were there) and my daughter. Their room had a smell to it. I sprayed Lysol but it didn’t help. However the room was very clean. So I don’t know if it was the A/C unit or what. But I would suggest someone look at it. I didn’t complain as we were only there the one night but if it had been longer I would have said something.

It was SUPER clean and very close to the Casino. We had a gymnastics meet and it was right across the street. Worked out great as we could just walk and not have to look for parking.

There could have been a little more of a selection on breakfast items. The pillows are SUPER small so we had to get 2 extra ones to sleep comfortably. There is a little road noise but that was to be expected.

I liked that it was across the street from the Casino. I also liked the thick walls. I didn’t hear much of the other guest. I might have heard a door close once or twice, the doors are super heavy,but that was all.very quiet.

breakfast. they need to include eggs, bacon,sausage. they only have waffles, muffins,bagels, yogurt,cereal. waffles was there only “hot” food. that was. bummer since one of the reasons I did choose here was the breakfast.

The place was very clean and pleasant. Our TV didn't work at first, but we called the front desk and Tanner was working and he came right up and was able to fix it. Very nice kid, pleasant at the desk and very helpful when he came to our room. If he continues his customer service, he will have a bright future!

The water in the shower could have been a bit warmer especially the first day BUT the water was NOT cold. Just lukewarm but very tolerable. There was nothing to keep me away next time!

The location was walking distance to the casino, a convenient store/gas station, and a few restaurants. You could also drive 5 minutes to other restaurants and shops. The front office staff were great, both day and night shift. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Every local we spoke to was really friendly as well. The room was also spacious, and the beds varied in comfort levels. One was plush while the other was a little more firm. It allowed you to choose whichever works best for you and your body, which was a plus.

The cleaners were not as friendly as the other staff. They weren't awful, but they could have been a little nicer and not looked at people so mean. I understand people have their days and this could have been the case as well, but it doesn't hurt anyone to be more friendly, even a little bit. Also, the tvs could be a little bigger given the size of the room. The room was spacious, but sported as small flat-screen. For overnight visits, it worked fine, just a little hard to see from the window bed.

Easy check-in. Decor was lovely, lots of photos of the Smoky Mountains, and nice geometric carpet and wall-hangings. Looked recently updated. Bed was comfortable. Easy A/C/heat control. Breakfast was included, mainly carbs, but a varied selection. Coffee in the room and in the dining area. Easy check-out. Grocery store a short distance from hotel. Restaurants limited, but food very good nearby. Would definitely stay here again if needing a stay in Cherokee.

Blue gel toothpaste on outside of tub, didn't notice it until getting ready to shower. Found dried-out contact lens beside the tub as well. Aside from these two things, the room was very clean.

It was convenient, roomy, clean, and comfortable

The top of bedding was basically a thin sheet to cover up with. Wished I had of brought a blanket or something from home. It didn't measure up to the quality of everything else in the facility. the 2 sheet rule for bedding is best in my opinion, where the blanket/comforter is between 2 sheets for cleanliness without sacrificing quality
