Good breakfast. EXCELLENT desk attendant - ROBIN. She was GREAT in welcoming guests/check-in, kept breakfast items stocked, clean and sanitized tables almost immediately. She needs a raise!! lol ......

Very close and convenient to all the attractions, places to dine within proximity to the hotel. Hotel was very clean, desk clerks very attentive to your needs, very cordial. Breakfast items were tasteful and plentiful. Sleeping accommodation was very restful.

The only thing I found unlike able was during the stay every day the room we were in was very damp. Our clothing stayed damp feeling as well as the bed covers were damp also. When we would venture into the pool for a swim, upon returning to our room, our swim trunks didn’t dry out until two days later. Very disappointed with this feature.

Great location, plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance, close to Casino, and the breakfast offered something for everyone, good food!

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The elevator was broken. I understand that this can happen but it made it very difficult to move luggage to upper floors.

Liked the location, convenient and close to the casino. This place was so unbelievably clean and cute. As soon as you walked in you smelled the cleanliness. Our room was no different. Very clean and spacious room with plenty of room and comfortable beds. They had coffee, juice and water available all day and offered a warm breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again!

The bathroom. The toilet seat didn’t have a lid and I was constantly afraid that we were going to drop something in the toilet. The shower didn’t have a non-slip mat and it was SLICK! Also saw a few ants in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and had enough room so 3 people could move around nicely. Loved the bench seat by window. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just so-so. Would love to see a waffle machine.. Was clean and comfortable.

It needs a major overhaul.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator was available in room. Breakfast was modest, sufficient. Great coffee! Good value for the price. Conveniently located near grocery store and multiple fast food and regular restaurants.

There was not a microwave in the room, but one was available in the lobby. Room had no iron, but one was available at the front desk.

Polo was supper nice very helpful he made us feel safe an went out of his way to make our stay great the matance man did amazing by replacing our fridge everything was clean neat nice beds supper comfortable breakfast was great we will definitely be back again I think polo an the matance man deserves a raise you want your customers happy an want them to come back again so I think they should give these 2 a raise cause they went out of there way to make us happy it's a great choice of hotel

It was convenient to everything I wanted to do. It had restaurants around it so that I can go eat without having to leave the property. I wish I knew more about the buses that will pick you up and take you to the casino and different events. When I talk to the bus driver, he told me the number did not work so that did not help that has nothing to do with your facilities.

There was no place to plug my phone in so it went dead because I did not bring a cube because I’ve never been in a motel. They did not have the cube to plug in my phone. That was my only disappointment. Staff was great room was clean. Restaurants are close. Thank you very much.
