Breakfast was good--waffles, bagels, sausage biscuits, etc. No eggs or bacon, though.

My room was handicap accessible and I didn't realize that might be negative in any way. I will be sure to get a regular room in the future because the bathroom was not what I usually expect when staying at a hotel. Specifically, there was no counter space in the bathroom, which made it hard to get ready in there. My other complaint was that there was no lip on the shower floor, so water got all over the whole bathroom after a shower, which could have been a real problem!

Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean, AC worked great. The best part, though, was the front staff. Great folks and made us feel welcome, answered quesitons with patience, and showed genuine hospitality.

The fridge in the room didn't work and did not smell great, but we told them about it when we checked out. The person at the front desk made a note. The room had a funky smell. I think it was cleaner, it was just very strong.

We were provided a handicap room, but did not need nor did we request this. Because of this the bathroom was not as comfortable as in most hotel rooms, since there was no countertop/vanity. Also the vending machines were not well stocked. Had to leave and go out to the grocery store to get water bottles, soda, snacks, etc.

The hotel was very nice. We ate our meals in the local towns but it looked like there was a nice variety of breakfast items. It was little bit outside of Dillsboro so a car was a must to get to the restaurants.

Everything was very satisfactory. The front desk personnel were very friendly. We did not use any of the amenities.

Clean room, everything works fine

The breakfast was minimalistic… A/C was a bit noisy. The location is remote. Nothing is in walk distance except for gas station, but many nice places are within 10-15 min drive. There is an ongoing construction nearby the hotel (June 2024), but it was a minor disturbance.

The lobby and all of the facilities were very clean and organized. The room was clean and cool upon arrival, with all of the needed amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions that we had.

There were no issues during our stay.

Booked 2 queens for my son, he said everything was good, nice view of mountains, easy to find, close to hwy for on and off ramps, gas station very close, it's a BP station. It's very close to downtown Slyva, shops, restaurants

Everything was super nice and clean. Wonderful staff. Great location!

Room was dark. Mostly because color of walls were a brown. But had enough lights. I'm just not used to dark colored walls in hotels.

Megan was so accommodating to our specials She and Turk were so nice. Megan is a very added asset to your company she made us feel at home and welcomed

Nothing every thing was great

All 3 pillows were too thick for a stomach sleeper. I had a very sore neck the next morning after a poor night of sleep. Please allow for a variety of sleep positions when supplying multiple pillows.
