The access to the property was fantastic. You had a traffic light. They got you in and out of the hotel parking lot safely. It was close to downtown shopping food in a Walmart across the street. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

The Wi-Fi is a shit show. Sometimes it works sometimes it don’t when I asked a desk clerk what’s going on she said well there are storms in the area. Well, I carry my own portable Wi-Fi because of business I had no problem staying connected in the mountains through the storms and such, you really need to step up your Wi-Fi. That was the only knock on this hotel.

Great location for WCU. Room was clean, comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good. Check out time of noon was appreciated. I really have no complaints at all. This was your basic overnight stay and all the needs were met. I would stay again.

I really need to stretch for this one, because overall the stay was very good. The room was carpeted and I would have a preference for a hard floor, because God only knows what is in a carpeted floor.

Awesome breakfast. Eggs,bacon,bagels,sausage,muffins, you name it. It was good. Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable bed, fast internet. A manager Taylor who goes above and beyond and is kind. She helped me fix an issue over the phone (I was so stressed) on a holiday weekend. GREAT LADY. GREAT HOTEL. I've stayed three times in 4 years and every time I'm happy. Lovely area convenient to hiking and restaraunts.

I have no complaints. This is my third time staying in 4 years. And im always pleased.

Felt comfortable for the whole family. Quiet. Personable staff. Close to good food options and close but not too close to the university. Simple check-in and checkout process.

My only critique is that it's weirdly dark in the elevator and halls.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel was places in a great spot with walmart right in front if you needed anything. Plenty of restaurants around, all around good location. The beds were comfy, and the room was nice. Also had a great view of mountains.

The breakfast well there is plenty of choices but the food wasn't very good. Could be a little more homemade and a little less out of the box if you know what I mean.

My boyfriend and I stayed in a room with 1 king bed. The room was very clean, and the decor was very lovely as well. The TV was very big, and had many channels to choose from. The staff was also very helpful and kind.

I do not have anything negative to say about this property! 10/10 will be staying again.

Room was excellent and breakfast was even better! Wonderful fresh orange juice and nice variety of foods, including bacon! Also, good coffee. did I mention bacon?

Nothing. A tad pricey, but worth it, especially for the BACON!

Location was just fine. Room was a good size.

The front desk attendant was not very friendly, he barely said a word while checking me in. Our tub was not clean at all. There was pink slime all around the edges. The eggs were not tasty.

The location is perfect for visiting the college. Also, we had Kristen check us in and she is fabulous. Glad to see her again this stay. Very personal and professional.

A little pricier for off season

Cleanest room I have seen in a long time. The handicap shower and high Ned was perfect.

I asked to use a different debit card when I got there from the one I used to hold the room. She said ok but then it still charged the original card that caused me to have overdraft. I gave the new card when I got there but could sort of tell she didn't change it.
