The location right next to the babbling creek. The rooms open to a balcony that overlooks the creek & lots of dense greenery (providing a private feel). Sliding glass & screen doors allow you to sleep to the sound of the rushing water -- heavenly! Also, the manager (Thelma?) was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Rooms are not modern, but they are large & clean; and the bed & pillows were very comfy.

No elevators to 2nd level, bathrooms not handicapped accessible. More breakfast choices would have been nice, but I'm nitpicking now.

Our room was very clean. You entered our room through a door on the street side and could walk through the room to a shared balcony that overlooked the stream. The door overlooking the stream even had the option to open the french door and use a screen door. The sounds in the morning were heavenly.

This older hotel has been well renovated, but having the sink inside the bathroom made it a bit challenging for a family of 4 with a teenager to get ready in the morning.

The bed was very comfortable. The view was worth the whole stay. It rained one afternoon. With the rain and the flowing creek, it was so peaceful. Our goal was to spend time away from home. My husband has cancer, taking chemo. We just needed some time away. We found that peace at Four Seasons. The location was great, just short drives to to the things we wanted to do. Restaurants were close by.

The water pressure in the shower was low unless we used very hot water. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely high. The smoke detector was laying on the bed when we checked in, with no batteries in it. We normally sleep on one pillow. The pillows were flat, so we slept on 2 pillows.

I love the water running right outside of our room. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and it was very clean. Must include that the towels were very clean and soft. The overall stay was exceptional and very inexpensive. Would highly recommend for anyone passing through.

There was nothing I didn’t like but I expected more.. The king riverside room needs to be updated more than what it was. I would suggest updating the shower head as it was a very basic old standard and the shower curtain was broken at the snaps. Also I would recommend updating the old tv with a bigger flat screen on the wall centered above the dresser. Also replace the little coffee machine with an actual coffee pot or Keurig. I would pay more for these luxuries.

Absolutely fantastic room. Loved the stay. It was the perfect romantic getaway. I hope to return one day.

The bed was a little stiff and a couple people including me were a bit surprised to see they don't do eggs or waffles at the breakfast. The coffee is good and they do serve the basics so if you just want a quick easy on the go breakfast it's good.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Quiet and comfortable. I had no problems at all with the accommodations.

As a smoker, I didn't like that I wasn't allowed to smoke outside my room or on the balcony. There are only a couple of spots you can smoke at. Something to think about if you are a smoker before you book a room. If you don't smoke, I highly recommend staying here!

The river behind the room provided a very pleasant sound, rocking chairs overlooking the river were nice, beds and pillows were great, fridge and microwave were a nice touch, room was very large and shower was good!

Breakfast was below average. Could easily improve, but currently offer very poor quality food choices.

Although the hotel is a little dated it was very clean and the staff was so wonderful. They were so accommodating as we were booked upstairs 2nd floor and no elevator, husband has hard time with stairs and they graciously gave us a room downstairs. They even called me to tell me we left medicine in the refrigerator early enough that we were able to go back and pick it up.

There was really nothing I didn't like

nice view. centrally located to restaurants.

smoking room is located next to non-smoking rooms so when smoking occupants leaves balcony door open, everyone can smell it while seating on the shared/community space. we came to the mountains and to this creekside place to enjoy fresh air and listen to the water running but ended up staying inside with closed door cause of smokes coming from next door. it was not pleasant. there were 2 children running constantly upstairs above our room until 11:30pm every night while we were there. they should have been put on the ground floor to keep from disturbing guests late into the night. their parents were oblivious to their children’s constant running

Very spacious, convenient location, close to local attractions. Property staff also allowed me to get a checkout time extension which was so appreciated.

The only complaint I have is upon entering the room, it was EXTREMELY cold in the room. It felt like walking into a meat locker. But the heat worked great and I was thawed out in no time.
