bed was wonderful

The manager standing in front of our rooms in parking lot as we were getting ready to leave like we were going to carry out something we weren’t supposed to as soon as we started pulling out he went into our rooms and started checking things out .

Price location convenience cleanliness close to the store walking distance restaurant in the gas station in the parking lot it's usually what's not to love. Beautiful view of the mountains just simply gorgeous. I love you so much I couldn't stay just one week for 3 weeks

Honestly I can't think of anything that I did not like about this place. In my book this is the best place to stay. Family owned and operated. Everyone is friendly and you feel at home.

The location was great. It was quiet and comfortable. While this is an older property, it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were able to bring our 2 dogs for a reasonable fee. The rockers outside the rooms were nice for enjoying some fresh air. There is a creek that runs behind the property and it is so relaxing to go back there and listen to the water running over the rocks. We would definitely book here again.

I Have no negative comments about this place. The only thing I noticed was that needed attention was the ceiling, where paint was peeling in a couple of places. Again, it's an older location. Not sure if popcorn ceiling might be an option.

Beautiful views front and back. Excellent location with a pool. Right on the river. Walking distance to shell gas station and grocery store. It has a little restaurant inside. All rooms have rocking chairs. Beautiful rooms newly remodeled.

So far everything is excellent. Plenty of parking and spaces are extra wide. Beautiful landscape.i will be back. Extended my stay five more days.

We loved the room. The big TV, microwave & mini fridge was awesome. Plus the rocking chairs outside was a bonus. Everyone was so nice. Pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The continental breakfast.

Generous size rooms, spotlessly clean, quiet comfortable night sleep. Loved the rockers on the porch. Coffee provided for breakfast. Good grocery and cafe next door serving breakfast from seven. Or use your fridge and microwave to make something yourself.

I like the firm bed, and the room was very clean and looked nice.

I did not care for the air freshener in the room, I have a lot of allergy problems and the air freshener was a bit strong. We had to open to window to let some of it smell out, unfortunately not all of it did go out, the smell got into my pillow and came home with me.

Of all the hotels in Maggie valley this lovely and friendly place is my all time go to place . I love the staff and the clean and quiet rooms. We are always greater with a smile and the staff is always there at our convenience to help with anything we need from advice on local places to eat or visit .

Not one single thing it was all great

Breakfast was extremely marginal and not daily.

Breakfast offerings. Don’t offer it at all, if it’s this marginal. It’s better to not offer it than to have so little to offer. I’m not mad about it at all. Just disappointed with what it consists of. Absolutely no variety.

The price was affordable and the staff was excellent.

Some of the towels had stains. There was a beautiful creek behind the motel and some seating there would be great so you can enjoy the scenery.
