This is a beautiful property - it's very serene and the hosts are fabulous, making certain that your stay is enjoyable. It is nestled among huge trees and it's very pleasant to sit outside, enjoying a cup or coffee or tea first thing in the morning, listening to the birds greet you. If you sit on one of the loveseats facing the driveway and look at the large tree in the front yard to your right, you will see the face of Sam Elliott smiling at you! Maybe it was just me, but that's what I saw in the bark. :-) Look for it. I liked that there were a number of restaurants nearby.
The location of the B&B is in the older part of Waynesville, which was fine, but not exactly where I expected it to be located.

The historic house is incredible with so much history. The hosts were excellent welcoming and gave us many details to make our stay very good. The lady of the house was very attentive to each request which she fulfilled to the most, always available to ask question and make our stay comfortable and pleasant. For sure we'll go back and recommend to friends.
I don't have anything that I didn't like.

John and Debbie are excellent hosts and their home is a wonderful place to stay with so much history. We loved Debbie's breakfast, there was plenty of choice including tasty treats, fresh fruit, different toasting options, coffee, tea and juice. Waynesville is a great location with plenty to do and see in the area, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway and close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
We liked everything and can't think of anything that could be better.

Beautiful historic property. Really enjoyed the mini history lesson that John gave when we arrived. The host was very friendly. He went out of his way to ensure all our needs are met. The house is very comfortable and elegantly furnished. Very clean. One of the best B&Bs we ever stayed. We already look forward to coming back.
Really nothing

The very relaxing atmosphere. Owners were very gracious and knew quite a bit about local history. Go “Mad Anthony”!! Please ask John its significance!!
Nothing really, it’s a home built in the early 1900’s with all its warts, but well worth the effort to stay there for the charm, nothing beats it, not the best Hotel stay!!

John and Debbie were very welcoming, and their genuine hospitality extended throughout our stay! John's history lesson of Love Lane and Waynesville was most interesting. Debbie's breakfast was very tasty and included a nice variety of foods. They are a delightful couple, and we have already told friends that Love Lane B&B is a wonderful place to stay if they are in the Waynesville area. We definitely plan to stay there the next time we travel to Waynesville.

Perfect location to walk to downtown Waynesville and short drive to neighboring towns. Lovely area with beautiful homes and fall colors. Loved the Victorian home, and the ladybugs!
We definitley missed out on John's history lesson about the house and Waynesville. We hope to return again!

John, the host of the inn, was very pleasant, gave us a history lesson of the Bed and Breakfast, and the town of Waynesville. He made several recommendations of sights to see and where to eat. We took advantage of those and enjoyed every thing he suggested! The inn is very nice, very clean and the breakfast was enjoyed by all.
The only thing that was a drawback was the daybed that my daughter said was not comfortable for sleeping.

John was an exceptional host! We arrived later than expected but John even called to make sure everything was ok. The house was beautiful and he was helpful when I needed to quickly go buy something. John provided anything we could possibly need and the next morning, breakfast was perfect! Highly recommend and I’d definitely go back!
Nothing!
