Didn't really eat breakfast. I did swing through and grab a few muffins and some fruit. Seemed to be a reasonable diversity. There were facilities for making your own waffle. Thee were also pre-cooked sausage muffins and cheese omelets available to be nuked.

Well, nothing definitive, per se. This is our go-to motel and we stay there year after year. It's just got a great location to the freeway and downtown Waynesville. But, yes, it's getting a little dated. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and the bathroom is also a little on the small side. Also, it would be nice to have a comfort height toilet for the older folks.

We enjoyed the popcorn, we liked the outside beautification. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Liked being able to park right in front of our door and be on the ground floor.

Our biggest disappointment was the breakfast--little protein and fruit, mostly carbs. We did not use the breakfast because it was not healthy for us. Having yogurt options or boiled eggs and seasonal fruits could have helped a lot. Even better would have been the ability to make crepes or omelets.

Location very convenient to getting around to Waynesville, Bryson City, Cherokee and the Blue Ridge Parkway. View from the hotel of the mountains is beautiful. We enjoyed seeing the bunnies in the evening and fireflies.

Bathroom was tiny but the water pressure was great.

I like the location. It has a pretty view and accessible to everything. The room is good size and comfortable. Could control the temperature easily. Liked the microwave and refrigerator. Front desk persons.

TV hard to figure out. Room could have been a little cleaner. That varied some each day. Breakfast could have definitely been better. The little omelets were good, but only available one day. There was no fruit the last day. We ate elsewhere. There were cereal and pancakes if someone wanted those.

The 1970s motel style facility was much better than expected. The location is convenient next to the major traffic arteries, but it was surprisingly quiet in the room. The bathroom was very clean. Check-in was slow. A new hotel across from it is currently under construction.

The bathroom is small just like in all of those old motels.

This is my go-to destination when staying in the Waynesville, North Carolina area. It's easy to reach right off the freeway, sort of isolated and private with a great view. There's also a Walmart 2 minutes away and access to main street which takes to downtown Waynesville in about 10 minutes.

I have nothing to complain about.

Nice room. Clean and relatively spacious. refrigerator and microwave in room. Breakfast offered many options.

I was impressed with attention to details and the cleanliness of the whole facility and rooms. Front desk was attentive my every request and issue. I would without question stay again. I also like that housekeeping didn't do the nagging knock on the door..."Housekeeping....!" routine near check out time. They let you do what you needed to do to get checked out in a timely fashion.

This was the only thing I wasn't impressed with. that was because of the selection. the attendant was quite pleasant and kind. also the breakfast items were a bit scattered in different areas (maybe because dining space was a little small) I do love that what they had was neatly stacked largely due to the affords of the attendant.

While the pool was small, it was very clean and the pool area was nice. Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly.

The breakfast could be enhanced with a better options. The breakfast area is crowded and closed promptly at 9 am. For smaller kids, that is a little early.
