This a cute motel. Very charming. The room was very clean. Spotless. Old hardwood floors. Window unit AC. Reminds you of being at Grandma's house. The bed was super comfy. Safe location. Loved the rocking chairs outside the door. Don't the the window AC fool you...it will chill you to the bone. If you are looking to unplug, this is the place. Wi-Fi is non existent and cell service is hit and miss. Not the businesses fault, though. There is a very small swimming pool for the kids. It looked to be very clean also. I would love to return in the fall.

These are things I noticed. Honestly, there wasn't really anything to dislike. The room had very few unused outlets. Keep that in mind if you need to charge anything. You might want to bring a fan if you need the noise. The room was small. Parking can be a bit tight for larger trucks.

Clean and quiet. It had a bible and a travel guide. A clean swimming pool. Had rocking chairs and a gazebo for a sitting area.

Needed updating. Shower head needed to be larger. Floor in the bathroom needed updating. The beds was a little hard.

Everyone knows it's a Motorcycle destination, so thats how I arrived on my SGS ! Love the quiet, beautiful sights and location to lots of rides in a days time. Clarketon is the Best! Go see Wheels Thru Time!!! Make new friends along the way!

Couldn't stay longer to enjoy more sights and rides in the mountains!

Everything about our stay was amazing. Will be back in Sept. clean comfortably room coffee was strong. Clean stain free towels. Everything was great

The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable.

The drink machine was not fully stocked. Need cream and sweetener readily available for coffee

The hotel was olld fashioned, I liked this. In room and in front of the room is very very good vibe. There are two rocking chair, I loved it.

The wifi was not very good.

We absolutely love this place!

The only bad thing about this place is the parking lot. We travel on motorcycles and since the parking lot is on a slope, we have to back in and it is kinda tough to do because of the little ruts (not pot holes) in the pavement. If your front tire lands in one is jerks your tire and you can easily drop your bike.

It was very cozy and comfortable. Tammy one of the owners was very nice and accommodating!

The only thing we would change would be the bed frame. My husband kept stumping his feet on the legs.

Basic accommodations...no frills, what I expected from descriptions/reviews I had read. No problem with this. Staff pleasant and helpful; coffee provided in the morning. Easy check-out...just leave when you get ready. I never rate anything as "awesome" (just me), but this property is highly rated.

NOwhere in the booking or at the desk on check-in was I informed of a "convenience fee" when paying with a card. I could easily have paid with cash had I know of this extra charge - Booking.com should have had this information when beginning the booking process. Not a gamed-changer, but it would have been nice to know up front.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The office and the parking lot were very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The water pressure and shower was great.
