Very conveniently located to all nearby shops and restaurants.

The bed was so very hard. Had to take Tylenol every morning for back pain. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t shut properly prior to our stay and was frozen over. We shut it and it thawed out and leaked all under the refrigerator onto the cabinet they have it sitting on. I told the receptionist at the front desk about it. She relayed the message to another younger guy sitting with her. We left and when we returned, the water was still there. I took our dirty towels and got all the water up. Later when I saw the receptionist, she asked if the guy had cleaned it up and I explained to her that no it wasn’t done but I took care of it. She apologized but it wasn’t her fault.

This is one of the cleanest properties I've ever stayed in! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool & hot tub, our beds were comfortable, the continental breakfast was nice, and everyone we spoke to & dealt with were so friendly! Ruth was a joy to talk with & such a help! The towels & bath amenities were really good & bed linens were comfy. The AC unit kept the room nice & cool! Our room was super clean, the mini fridge kept everything very cold. The location is so convenient, close to everything but quiet & peaceful, too. This is an older property, but please don't let that dissuade you from staying here. It's a good value & we had a really positive, pleasant experience. We would stay here again & are making plans to return in the Fall!

There was a musty smell when we would come into the bedroom, but after the AC had been running, we didn't notice it as much.

Convenient area great ppl who booked it there for me n the two ladies who worked front desk awesome.. We’ve stayed about 5 times now even with our kids . Would like to see a customer appreciation like so many times a free night

The hot tub was hot but the jets didn’t work . At 4:45 am we was leaving out that Monday morning front desk guy was sleeping on the couch across by the tv in lobby . I wake him up I called back told a young lady who works there she was going to mention it to the manger . The cameras would have him in it sleeping and we think I he’s awake watching the tvs so our vehicles and safe and watching who’s walking in

From the time we arrived until we left everything was great. The front desk staff were all amazing. Great location and my grandkids enjoyed a very clean pool and they also liked the breakfast. The room was clean and all we needed. Bed was comfy. Enjoyed being on the 1st floor. Also enjoyed that we were close to all we came for. Cherokee, the river, and close to places to eat as well as shop if needed.

I can't say anything negative. Will definitely stay again.

Warm welcome from Ruth at checkin always a good impression , we were there late winter so not to many guests so very quiet , rooms were spacious and had all that we needed breakfast the next day was a good start , showers good , beds comfy and I was amazed at the deal offered , check inn was easy as was the out bound staff all seemed friendly a smile costs nothing but has a big effect .

The building could do with some $ spending just on a paint job and general freshen up , but we liked the place and it suited our needs perfectly , plenty of parking and Cherokee is a minute or two away .

The lady at the front desk was very nice and check in was fast and easy. The rooms were nothing spectacular but it is certainly budget friendly and good for a one or two night stay. Our room was clean and well kept. The indoor pool with the hot tub was nice and well kept. There are several fast food places and gas stations down the street and the casino is less than 10 minutes away. The breakfast was just cereal, pre packaged muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt and instant oatmeal and grits. We stayed on a Saturday night (some people in other reviews said they have more breakfast options on the weekends but I do not think that is the case) but the breakfast was good enough for the kids.

We loved the room,grandkids loved the indoor pool,staff at desk was so sweet,location was amazing,breakfast was just what the kids like,muffins cereal and OJ..I left my iPad charger when we left so I called when we got to Pigeon Forge and they found it..stopped back by there on the way back and at front desk waiting on me thank you

Bed was a little rough ,when I laid down I could feel some springs in mattress..that would be my only complaint

I loved the heated area for the pool and hot tub. When visiting this area it has a beautiful view from any angle and is super close to the blue ridge parkway. The staff was friendly and the rooms were the quality and comfortability of any well known hotel in the price range. Personally it felt more luxurious then I expected it to. The showers were also in a neat design with great pressure and temperatures.

MY SISTER AND I CAME TO THE MOUNTAINS TO SEE A PLAY AND STAYED THERE. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH IT. WE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT WHEN WE MADE RESERVATIONS BUT WERE HOPING IT WOULD BE NICE. WE WERE GREATLY SURPRISED. WE WALKED IN TO A VERY CLEAN AND NEAT INN. THE STAFF WERE SO FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. WE HAVE BEEN TELLING OTHERS HOW WE LOVED OUR STAY THERE. I HOPE I CAN TAKE MY HUSBAND BACK THERE SOON. WE ALSO ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST WHICH WAS A NICE SURPRISE ALSO.

The Inn was tastefully decorated throughout. We appreciated the pictures and decorations, and the theme colors, which all tied in. Room was great, clean, and reasonable. Cleaning personnel did a great job, and we therefore tipped a higher amount than usual. For a "Cold Breakfast," it was excellent. We had yogurt, bagels with butter, cream cheese, and strawberry preserves, etc. and fruit juice.

We can only say positive things. The attendants at the desk were also most helpful. We were so glad to be near the Cherokee Museums, Oconaluftee, etc. Beautiful country and beautiful people! Thanks you for a great stay!~
