Saw a roach.

It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. It had a well maintained pool area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband requested a first floor room and they gladly changed it. Loved the staff!

We lost power for about 3 hours right after arrival, due to a thunderstorm. Not their fault. Luckily, they had cooled the room down prior to our arrival and the room stayed comfortable until restoration. The tub had an actual leak, not a drip but a little stream. That didn’t bother us so much. I did report it, but told them that wasn’t so much a worry to me, as an issue they should probably address. There was a musty smell. The carpet seemed wet, but they do have a pool, so maybe that was the issue. Internet was very spotty.

Great access to the area without driving. Very clean and had a high end feel. Comfortable beds. AC handled the extremely high temps outside and kept us cool. The pool was wonderful and the outside temps made it feel heated. It also had a spa and cabana off the pool. Even on the first floor, there was minimal noise heard in the room. We were offered pool towels each time we went to the pool. Friendly staff.

Internet was spotty. It didn’t work properly the first night. Even after it was fixed, it didn’t extend to the pool area or much of the outside property. Breakfast was truly continental. Not a full breakfast, but not terrible. Several selections. Key cards demagnetized several times. But they were happy to reprogram them.

Location and how attractive the facility was.

The breakfast was not good. We usually are offered some type of eggs or bacon/ sausage etc. only cold cereal, bagels and waffle machine. We ended up leaving without eating there. They had little seating. We came down twice and couldn’t get a seat. Ended up going and getting a fast food biscuit’

Beautiful decor. Clean room, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice and quiet It was across the street from the casino if that's your plan A breakfast was available

The room had a slight old cigarette smell. It was hard to get out into the road due to the location I expected a better breakfast variety for the price of the motel

The room was nice, very clean. Very quiet atmosphere and good location.

Need a thicker comforter besides the sheets. Got very cold in the room and the bedding was very thin and didn’t help to keep you very warm. Loved the fact there were 5 pillows and they were actually comfortable!! Other than that it was an awesome stay!!

We really like the location & the staff were excellent. The only negative thing was that breakfast selections were limited. Since I have diabetes, I have to limit my carbs. The only choices were waffles (which were good), muffins, toast etc. The availability of eggs would have been great.

Upon arrival i asked if they had anything on the top floor. They didnt but Lisa went above and beyond to move some things around so we could have a room on the top floor. The hotel was cleaner than any I have been in in a long time (even big name hotels!). We travel a lot but have to a place where we just expect a hard, uncomfortable bed. This was the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in and the sheets were so soft! 😊 It's also directly across from the casino so we enjoyed a walk over for a concert. Most hotels in Cherokee are not up to par so we were very pleased with this place. I do wish it was a tad cheaper but it was worth it to have a nice place to stay

I always enjoy our stay at the stonebrook lodge .. bcuz of how close it is to the casino and its clean, an overall good stay.you never really have problems here .i feel like it totally worth the little extra u pay to have nice bed room and breakfast.ive stayed at all 3 across from the casino and this has been my go-to hotel.. ever since.☺

We were scared to park at the back where its easy to get to.. any/your room ...becuz last year we had a huge container on the back of the truck empty of course but we had went shopping at Tenn knife works and were talking about all the stuff and deals we got and this n that when we returned.so someone heard or seen us and thought they were gettn some good stuff on back.there were people unloading as well.or did some/latewalkers... just passing thru think belcuz of our container,there was stuff in it.so just hope u can do something to address that.

It was SUPER clean and very close to the Casino. We had a gymnastics meet and it was right across the street. Worked out great as we could just walk and not have to look for parking.

There could have been a little more of a selection on breakfast items. The pillows are SUPER small so we had to get 2 extra ones to sleep comfortably. There is a little road noise but that was to be expected.
