The grounds and staff were nice. It is a very well maintained property. The rushing water does a great job of drowning out the sounds of traffic or nearby guests.

Our view from the balcony of villa 17 faced the exit of the Food Lion parking lot, so at night we continuously were beamed by headlights. There was an upturned chair in the water near the opposite bank. Removing it would be an improvement to the view, which is already compromised by the businesses across the way--like the obnoxiously lit car wash. If i stayed again, I would prefer one with a better location and view.

We spent one night at the Qualla Motel as we were travelling to Chattanooga. The staff that welcomed us was friedly and the check-in went pretty smoothly. The room was not the largest but was clean with a microwave and a fridge. The beds were pretty comfortable too and the area is very quiet at night. There are also cabins along the river which looked pretty nice and there is a playground with a volleyball court. Overall you should not expect a five start hotel but our experience at the motel was definitely good!

The 2 bedroom cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful on the back porch. . We could sit, relax, and watch the river from the back porch. I would recommend staying in the cabins by the river, at Qualla. It's very close to the casino.. The Food Lion grocery store is close, too. I totally enjoyed my stay.

The 2 bedroom cabin was very nice. Extremely clean. The hot tub on the back porch, I enjoyed. Everything was nice. The staff was great. I will stay there again.

The staff was exceptional in their job the ambiance was definitely Cherokee style no other way to describe it not to mention they did explain there is a $50 deposit on cash pay when you pay at the counter so be prepared and I don't blame them the place is so nice they deserve to have that deposit you get it back in cash if you pay by cash the next day don't blame them it's not the policy they wanted to enforce but had to you'll love it here it's awesome! Trust me when you lay down in one of their beds it makes them for everything they're so comfy

There's nothing I didn't like except for maybe the reason for the visit

The view was beautiful. Love the hot tub the bed was comfortable with clean sheets slept well. Coffee maker. The area by the water was so nice we built a fire with their firewood.. the living room tv was very nice

The lack of cleanliness the hot tub was a bit dirty including the water and the side walls are dirty, the cover is completely trashed The stove inside and out was dirty. The silverware drawer had dirt in it. All the rugs were dirty with dirt and dog hair. The outdoor cushions need to be thrown out and replaced. the tv outside was useless the couch was not comfortable and dirty

Close to the Casino, the dorm size fridge worked very well. Hot water was super, it stayed hot for at least 30 minutes. Will stay again if we go back

It took me 30 minutes to get to Western Carolina University one way. Wished I would have known this. Also needed a pet friendly motel which it was. The booking agent never said how much it would be per night so to my surprise it was an extra $100 that I wasn't planning on spending. Maybe that should have been included on the price when booking.

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice and clean everything was. The bed was very comfortable, and I love the little table and microwave so I could have my devotions with a simple breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the porch by the river, and the birds that come right up close sitting in the tree. Nice, quiet location, and no one bothers you. I will very likely stay here again in the near future.

Lighting could be a bit better, like a lamp or some light at the table. I did see one ant on the air conditioning unit. I only took a double room because it was cheaper, as I am a widow. I would have preferred a lamp by the bed I slept in, in the middle instead of by the other bed. I tried moving it, but the plug outlet did not work. Other than that, no complaints, I enjoyed it.

I love the view and all of the amenities! It is right on the river! The manager let us check in early which was awesome! The house keeper tammy did an amazing job cleaning the place it smelled sooo fresh when we walked in! We stayed in a villa is was decorated super cute and very clean! We will return!

They could maybe update the signage in the front it would attract more people.the door to the bedroom would not close but thats an easy fix

The Mexican restaurant close by was absolutely amazing so was BJ’s diner truly is the best cheeseburger in town. The cabin was gorgeous and the staff was super accommodating and helpful.

You could tell the cabin is pet friendly, which is exactly what we wanted and we didn’t mind at all, but there was a slight odor of maybe a pet accident previously so we let the room air out a little bit and it seemed to go away.

It was a nice stay. Completely comfortable, and clean. I would definitely stay again.

I spoke with the lady at the desk about a certain problem. It was fixed straight away. Nothing major at all. They never was told about the issue. How can they fix issues when customers do not bring it to their attention. Which is not the owners of the hotels fault.
