Really nice secluded hotel in a beautifully forested garden, very quiet and calm. We stayed in one of the "Spa suite rooms". It is also located conveniently short distance from the main road toward the Great Smoky National Park (15min drive). The room was really nice and comfortable with a little patio.

The steam shower advertised for the room didn't work, when we tried to use it - we contacted the house management the next day, and they sent someone to fix it, but unfortunately we didn't have time to try it again. The sink is out in the room separate from the toilet.

It was very private. The only thing I could say negative about this place is. The parking was a little dark for my liking. I left something in my car and I was a bit afraid to go get it alone. One of the guest had a dog on there car all night and I felt sorry for it but then they let it out to use the bathroom and didn’t clean up the mess. Let the dog go inside the place. But everything else was superb

My husband and I look forward to visiting here again. We had the loft spa suite which was fabulous! Very rustic with great amenities.

I'd have to say I didn't care for the driveway and this is because I am an inexperienced mountain driver so going up and down the road to the property was a little scary.

It was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the hiking trail up to the look out area. Beautiful view!

The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, the grounds were beautiful with plenty of activities during a short stay

The road to and from the property is a bit terrifying especially at night. I know it would be difficult but if it could be widened or have a few places made to help cars pass one another it would be great

The Outland Chalet was the perfect place to spend our 23rd anniversary! We wanted a quiet location to focus on us….no outside distractions. It’s the perfect location for couples.

Location was lovely/private and bed was very comfortable!

We arrived on motorcycles so parts of the driveway being broken pavement and gravel made it a little difficult. BUT, anyone with a regular vehicle would have no issues!

This place was spectacular I loved absolutely everything the very best part is probably being in the mountains.

There’s nothing I didn’t like the single only improvement could be a little cleaning on the outdoor furniture.

The staff was exceptional. They reached out to me several times before arrival. The chalet was perfect for family. Nice trails with beautiful views.
