The room was very clean and the bed was very comphy

We had to leave on an emergency before our stay was over. We booked through booking.com. I spoke to the front desk as we checked out at 6 am. The wonderful lady told me that I had to go back through booking.com. I did that as soon as I was able to call them. They called the hotel, but no one answered. They then emailed the hotel on the same day we checked out on November 1st to get me a refund for my 2nd day because we did not stay because we had to leave and go home to Florida. Our reservations were for October 31-November 2, 2023, and here we are November 12th, and they charged my card on November 6th for the full 2 day price of 171. And refused to refund me the 2nd day saying that it is too late now. .... this is crazy.

I like how accommodating the staff was. I was instantly greeted, offered a room change for my comfort's sake, and all my questions were answered. When they ran out of milk at breakfast, they gave me more. Very good treatment, even though I had a broken leg.

Friendly female clerk checked us in. Wish I got her name. Very informative and nice.

Room didn't feel super clean and stains could be seen on both bed comforters. So we took them off. Continental Breakfast was about a 2 on a scale of 10. Not much to the lobby when you walk in, some people's first impression.

Staff from all shifts were friendly and very respectful. The hotel was centrally located to all areas of Franklin. We were on the 3rd floor and had a great view of the mountains. Most of all very comfy bed!

The room was very comfortable, including the beds. The breakfast area had a power failure so that limited what was available but it came back on and all was well.

The pool was unavailable. I had promised my granddaughter that she’d be able to swim but, fortunately, she was ok with it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles, toast/bagels/muffins, fruit, instant oatmeal and cereal). Good location and lobby smelled nice, staff was courteous. TV and AC worked. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good.

There was a stain on the comforter which appeared clean but still needed to be bleached out.

My stay was better then expected, The room was very nice an clean,Staff was very friendly an the Hot breakfast was a plus I will definitely come back whenever I’m traveling North Carolina again😊

The room did not have the air on when we arrived and it smelled very musty. The bed was not comfortable, cheap mattress, but it worked for the night

Understaffed. The front desk clerk had to deal with the front desk and breakfast. She tried but it was too much. Note: room 210 needs a stopper in the sink.
