Well stocked breakfast bar, easy check in and out, location near but off highway, available toiletries, coffee maker, TV, digital room thermostat. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Nice lobby with board games and vending. Breakfast bags to go for those in a hurry, gluten free options.

Carpets felt moist, caused me concern about mildew, and made me uncomfortable without shoes. Area behind bathroom door missed by mop. Bed top covers texture somewhat off putting (maybe just me).

Surprisingly ok as I didn't expect much. I loved the way you could also take a free lunch package, including one that was gluten free. I loved the friendly young staff, and older staff who were helpful at showing me how to make the most of the waffle maker, which produced quite a delicious waffle.

It was further from town that I expected but once I got used to it, a quick drive.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and prepared by such a dedicated and hard working employee. Great location in the town of Franklin. Clean and such a nice place to stay.

Such a beautiful mountain area. Although this hotel is located at a very high elevation, the rooms do not have a nice view. That was disappointing.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I've experienced at other hotels. There was no good lighting to be able to utilize for writing or getting ready. No additional mirror except by bathroom. This made it hard with multiple females getting ready at the same time.

The hotel appeared new and is very clean. We had a fast, friendly and easy check in. Our room was outfitted with everything we could want, a comfy bed, mini ‘fridge, microwave, writing desk, television and Neutrogena bath amenities. Our room was quiet and the temperature easily controlled. Breakfast was from 6-10 am and contained many choices including healthy and otherwise. I would return without a doubt when in Franklin NC.

The swimming pool had a cover on it and a sign stating it was closed for the season.

Very good, and clean and well balanced and that’s one of the reasons we choose to stay there because that saves us the price of a meal included in our room price. And with the economy the way it is it makes a big difference and always depend on the cleanliness of the rooms here .

Great value for a king size and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and updated. Stayed 2 nights. Friendly helpful staff. Great Continental breakfast that changed with some variety over the 2 days. Breakfast hours 6am-10am. Weekday stay was not busy. Swimming pool out of commission for the summer 2023 (covered up).

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Continental Breakfast was very delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to stay and will definitely book our next visit here.

From the get-go the desk staff was cordial and helpful; the breakfast staff was friendly and seemed to care about the job of preparing breakfast for all us travelers.

Our room felt cool & damp no matter how we set the AC.

Very clean and updated! Passed my picky tests! Bathrooms were immaculate and modern, cozy rooms. I was very pleased it was so nice and it was such a great price, I was bracing for not so nice. The icing on the cake was the free breakfast with tons of options for the whole family.
