The beds were so comfortable, will book again for the bed alone! The room was spacious and very clean. The location was great and located near where my husband had to work for the day. The view in the morning from our window was very nice. Even though it is located on the main highway you cannot hear traffic through the night because it is tucked down the hill. Check in was very quick and efficient. We will be back!

We checked in at 2 in the morning so the after hours window was a little sketchy from a woman’s standpoint. There were cameras everywhere so I did feel safe. I have been without power for 5 days and have had very little sleep. I did call in the morning to maybe get a late check out and they said they did not offer that which was alittle bummer. The underneath of the bed was alittle noisy. Those are the only things I would change.

They are really good with my husband. He’s been staying here for over a month now and they treat him really nice. I’ve been here just once to visit him but they were really nice to me too. They wouldn’t give me a key room when I went to visit because the room was in his name and I really liked that because that shows that they value and respect the privacy of others that stay there!!!! Once they confirmed with my husband that I was his wife. They gave me a key. My husbands sink clogged up. They came and fixed it with no problem. He has packages sent here too. They go straight to the office so I don’t have to worry about them going to the room when he’s at work.

Everything has been good so far!

My girlfriend and I came up to see the leaves, and the motel is very convenient to several towns nearby. The cleaning service came in every day and changed out our towels and wash cloths and left coffee packets, etc. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, except maybe Hampton Inn. No complaints. And it’s also very reasonably priced. A Piggly Wiggly is next door, and the Country Cubbard Cafe is right down the road. I have stayed here on several occasions for just one night on my way up to Gatlinburg. Never disappointed.

Nothing

The room was very clean and the location was perfect for what we were doing. The owners were in the middle of painting the entire exterior of the property, so there are improvements being made.

The WIFI was not functioning well during our stay and the cell coverage in that area was pretty weak so it was hard to get most social media to work. I told the person at the desk about hit and was told that they were checking into it.

Good location right on the highway. Room itself was down the hill so protected from noise. Check-in was easy, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Bed was comfortable, and shower worked well (be careful of the hot water - it's really hot!).

TV was a little spent. It was hard to watch any sports or anything like that - very low def. There was a bug, but only one and not threatening.

Location and cleanliness

Clerk couldn’t find my reservation initially. Turns out she checked another guest in under my name inadvertently. Created confusion and she was going to charge me a second time, but I informed her I had paid through Booking.com. She finally pulled herself together and checked me in.

Good bed, strong shower, clean room, great view! Motel older in need of some repairs, but owner is busy and enthusiastic about fixing it up. All needs met in timely, friendly manner. We would recommend and stay there again!

Room was super clean on arrilival, and very clean under the black light too other than a stain that showed on the sheets. Friendly staff and good value for the price. Room was cleaned and turned down while away during the day.

Walls are thin and could hear every conversation going with people passing outside and hearing every phone conversation of the gentleman next door. Water pressure fluctuated with pressure and temperature a lot.

My husband and I just needed a weekend getaway, and this was perfect. It's so peaceful and the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very large rooms that have had a few updates recently. Clean and well maintained. I was a little hesitant at first but the location and the rate were excellent so we went for it. It was fully sufficient for our one night stay. Felt safe and comfortable.
