The staff was very nice, especially the lady in the office. The air conditioner worked really well. The hot water was good as well as the water pressure. The room was fairly clean, and the bed was comfortable.

There needs to be some touchups to the paint on the walls and windows. It looks a little rough. Towels are paper thin and very rough. The "continental breakfast" consisted of a machine that dispensed fruitloops and tiny cups of coffee. There should have been a coffee pot and supplies in the room. Especially since the office was far away. Im not sure what the pool garden was all about or the cooking activity going on there. It was weird.

I like budget motels when I travel. I only sleep in the rooms, I don't really spend much time in them. With that said, clean and comfortable are pretty much my standards. Whereas this is an older style motel it does have it's bumps and bruises, the owners kept it very clean and it was comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in future visits to Franklin. Thanks!

There were a few repairs that could have been done a little better.

Staff was friendly and helpful. AC and everything worked as it should. Great TV selections. Gave us extra pillows when requested. Affordable and well worth the stay. Will be staying here again when visiting family.

Only problem was water did not drain in the shower. Just used a cup to rinse feet off when getting out.

Everything ... the owner is onsite and was very accommodating to us; The location is almost adjacent to a main artery making the Blue Ridge Parkway very accessible

Couldn't stay longer ... we've stayed here before and love it There isn't a breakfast or anything like it.

That we were able to get in at last minute. When we had issues in our room, the staff took care of them very quickly. Over all a great stay.

The bed pillows were not comfortable at all. I had my own pillow with me so not to much of a problem.

Recently refabbed rooms meant everything was functional if a bit worn. No carpet on the floors is always a good thing. Fresh paint made the interior more inviting. T.v., fridge and microwave all were in working order. The beds were comfortable and slept well. Great insulation between the rooms. Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs.

It was a breakfast in name only, standard fare in this price range.

The staff is amazing. The room was very clean and that was a blessing!. The only negative thing I can think of is we would have like more pillows. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. The outlets worked. Although we did not use any of the appliances, they seemed to be in good working condition. The lobby was clean and customer service was great.

Even though the room said it was a non-smoking room it smelled like someone had been smoking inside the room. The ice machine did not seem to be working properly. The bed was a little stiff but otherwise comfortable. The pillows were on the flimsy side and could have used a couple more.

the value was good the room were dated but they looked like they might be in the process of updating. The bathroom in the room we were on had recently been updated

The actual room could use an update The beds were not that great and for a king bed a couple of extra pillows would have been great

The location was great, reasonable rates, clean room , the staff were great to work with on parking my 12' trailer, I'd stay here again !!

the problem with any place is you can't pick your neighbors, and some people are just noisy
