They had both microwave and refrigerator. Ice was available. Coffee was served promptly at the appointed hour. The continental breakfast was very nice. In other words they had everything covered.

The price of the room, cleanliness, ease of check in, the staff, private entrance to room, and the bed. The hotel is definitely outdated but is very nice to stay in. The bed is is large and firm like I like them. The wall unit produces plenty of heat for the room. It smelled and looked clean. The location is perfect if you want to get around Franklin or the Highlands.

Breakfast is basic, the wall unit is a bit noisy.

Hotel policies not made clear in booking.com, If you have pets make sure you speak with the hotel and clarify their deposits and other policies before you book. And no refunds will be given for same day reservation. Nice place but do your research!

Breakfast was adequate but the room was extremely clean and the place was quiet and peaceful. We felt comfortable in our room.

Nice staff but our check-in took an extremely long time due to language barriers. I understand this is a family business and everyone is doing the best they can. However, upon check in and check out, they weren't familiar with technology to complete certain tasks.

The Colonial Inn served a continental breakfast of coffee and juices, cereal, and some sweet cakes. It was minimal.

Coffee and sweet cake could have been offered earlier.... It started at 7:30. Some people's days have begun far earlier.

Good value for the money. Hotel was a little older but very clean and felt appropriate for the mountain location. Beds were a little small but comfortable. Staff was friendly and I would definitely recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The friendliest staff of any place I have ever stayed at actually. Our room was very clean and well organized. The bed was very comfortable. Nice location and very affordable as well.

Breakfast could be started a hour earlier. It would be nice for the people that need or want to leave early to have a cup of coffee., Or coffee machines in the room.

Marvelous motel and NO COMPLAINTS!! Comfy relaxing chair. We slept well on the nice beds. Ice available upon request. ALL ground floor rooms & no steps. Décor restful colors. Breakfast selection of muffins banana bread, tea, coffee, orange juice, & cereal. Plenty of hot water in shower. NEW management very helpful. We will be back again!

Air Conditioner very high on wall to reach or a tall person can reach.

I've stayed here for several years and the rooms were always clean and comfortable. The staff is always welcoming, and the mini continental breakfast is always good.

Nothing it was good as always.
