The rooms were super quiet! No sounds from window units for A/C and heat! The bed was super comfortable and snuggly! Nice huge windows and black out draperies for privacy and sleeping! Nice big shower!

Not that much!! For one the room doors could close more quietly! There should be at least one grab bar in the shower. I would have liked a luggage rack to put suitcase on, so it is elevated, easier to get into for us seniors. Asked for one, but the inn did not have one. Two of us traveled for a week, so we had full size suitcases, but had a small size area for hanging up clothes.

The facility was very clean, nicely decorated with an enjoyable fire place at the lobby. All staff are wonderful and we were accommodated an hour earlier as requested. Bed was neatly arranged with a clean comforter and an additional pillow nicely packed in a plastic bag. The restaurant service was excellent. Coffee and tea are served free in the morning at the lobby. One may also purchase some bakery items and sandwiches as breakfast.

It will be great to have some breakfast items served in the morning at the restaurant for a cost/person. This will help a traveler(s) not to go outside in a rainy gloomy weather as we faced during our stay.

We had dinner. It was amazing. We ate there almost every night. The service was exceptional. The view from our room was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and big. The town was right by the hotel. Everything was walkable. There was entertainment one night and we loved it. We had breakfast at the Clayton Cafe every morning and it was amazing. From the service to the food.

Not a thing. We’re thinking of coming back again.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The location of the Inn is close to everything and yet you have the feeling that you're away from the hustle and bustle of activity. Coffee and muffins in the morning were a treat.

The AC was abysmal as it shuts off at night. We were up at least 3 times each night to figure out how to get it running. We were told that the sensor in the bedroom (which is supposed to know when you're sleeping and still operate) did not "communicate" with the thermostat in the sitting area, hence, with no movement in the room while we were sleeping - it shut off. We really hope the owners will address this issue. It is paramount to the comfort of its guests.

Extremely clean, modern mountain vibe. Staff was very nice and the Inn is located perfectly right in the middle of downtown clayton. Great vibe and loved the water fill stations and the individual bags of ice!

Pillows were the only issue I had. They were too squishy and uncomfortable. I usually travel with my own pillow but forgot mine when I was leaving home. This wont detour us from staying here whatsoever. Just not great pillows.

This is a terrific smallish hotel in a lovely mountain town. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it. I hope Clayton doesn’t catch on, or we’ve got another 30A.

The hotel is almost brand new. The restaurant was fabulous. The service was very good. The views from my room’s window were amazing.

The look of the hotel has an updated / modern look. It was clean & comfy.

I wished the shower head moved & a seat or a foot step for shaving would have beeen a nice detail. A wider vanity for cosmetics would be helpful, too. However, the bathroom was still nice….very spacious in the both the bathroom and shower.

All the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating; had a small hiccup at registration but the front desk team was knowledgeable regarding a fix. BCI’s location was right where we wanted to be in order to walk along Clayton’s Main Street.

Parking was at a minimum; staff explained there was not yet enough spaces dedicated to BCI to accommodate a sold out stay.

First off, this is a very nice hotel. A little pricey, but I know it's peak season. Definitely will consider staying again!

I loved the large bathroom with very nice shower, but they need more vanity space. Very limited vanity space for 3 people. Of course the sink is modern, but very shallow. Hard to use actually.

Property was clean and comfortable. Easy access to downtown locations such as restaurants and shops. Plus an on-site bar and restaurant was also nice.

There was nothing that could have made this property any better. It was awesome. Although a hot tub would have been an extra perk.
