The rec center (pool tables, game room, ping pong, tennis, shuffleboard, mini golf just to name a few) was great! Location was great, buildings weren’t cramped and parking was plentiful. Staff communication was absolutely excellent- everyone was delightful!

The floors are too thin- we were on the first floor and the people above us sounded like they were jumping and stomping. Thankfully the staff was excellent and responded quickly to my noise complaints. I also wish the small cafe in the rec center was open later than 5pm. We were playing pool most evenings and a soda or snack would’ve been great!

The key wristbands were great! So many activities that were included in the price of the stay. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and everything we needed was in the room. Also, the local Wolf Creek Barbecue was awesome! Cowboy beans and sweet potato casserole were fantastic!

The main bedroom’s bathtub being right beside the head of the bed is a disgusting floor plan. We all just used the traditional bathroom in the smaller bedroom. The bathtub in the smaller bedroom was cracked and felt a little unstable. The floors were creaky and we heard every move of our upstairs neighbors. Luckily, everyone went to bed at a reasonable time.

Activities with everything you could need available (balls for courts paddles for ping pong). The movie room was such a cute touch. The putt putt course was so beautiful we ended up doing it twice a day! The room also had anything you could need from utensils to towels. Beds, blankets and pillows were all perfect.

The Cafe closed a tad early. Would have liked being able to buy dinner or a later treat there but easy enough to shift when we ate out. Restaurants were a close enough drive.

When I booked the room I did not expect anything different than any other room I've booked other places. When we arrived we were shocked at how big and nice it was. All the space we had for my family of 6 was exceptional. It had a full kitchen and two full baths. The swimming pool and hot tub were awesome. There was so much to do as a family. We will definitely be back.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We have privacy and didn't feel bothered. If we needed anything they told us to let them know but we never needed for anything.

Beautiful resort. Wonderful, super clean room. Loved the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and even more, the 3 televisions. Quiet and secluded. Wish we had more time there, but unfortunately it was just a one night and done in early morning. Looked like a fun place. We went into Clarkesville and ate at Wolf Creek BBQ - TWICE!

We were on a bike ride and had to carry our bikes and luggage to the 3rd floor. That was a bummer.

the room was a suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a sleeper sofa. It was very spacious and clean. There were a lot of amenities here but we could not participate in them due to the time of year that we came. Clarksville is a really small town. We thought it was closer to Helen to our dismay, but that is not the fault of the resort. They do have a mini golf course and a sauna, but we didn't take advantage of these activities due to the cold weather. Likely if we came in summer spring or fall, I am sure there would be a lot of activities we could have done.

The onsite restaurant closed too early. We had to leave the resort and drove 20 minutes to find a restaurant.

We really enjoyed the location of the property, the cleanliness of the property, and that the property had multiple things to do including a hot tub, mini golf, arcade games, tennis, basketball, cornhole, pool, table tennis, theater, and a playground.

During check in, one of the clerks was a little rude to the friends that were staying with us due to them arriving before us and checking in without or presence. I had messaged the property beforehand to advise them of this so it should not have been an issue as it was made out to be in the beginning.

The staff are simply the most helpful and accommodating team. Constantly asking what they can do to help. The amenities are really great. Love that there's a disc golf course and miniature golf. The laundry is convenient too.

I didn't like not being able to open windows in the bedroom. The wifi was a bit slow. When I called originally, they said we would be able to get into the pool. When we arrived they wouldn't let us do our cold plunge that was promised on the phone because it was closed. Luckily the hot tub was open.

The facility offers so many things for adults and children. putt- putt golf, hot tub, complete kitchens, onsite grills, activity center and location to some of Georgia's most beautiful areas. The registers office personnel were great with their knowledge of local surroundings. We plan to go back this summer (20125).

The climb to the third floor for seniors is slightly difficult.

That was our third stay there. We love it. The pool is big and clean. The laundry service is free which is a big plus. The suites are roomy and very clean. They have activities that my children enjoyed! Parking is free! They now offer meals. I would love to go back again. I totally recommend this resort!

The 10:00am checkout time put us in a rush. 11:00am or 12pm would be much better. We were on vacation for 12 days and stayed in 3 other hotels and all the other hotels had free breakfast. That was another downside for us at Apple Mountain.
