I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions. Hotel options are very limited in Clayton GA!. While I never stay in Two Star Hotels I have no reservations about staying at this Quality Inn in the future. Rooms are well maintained and clean but a bit dated. Beds and towels are clean and shower works well. I also like the location off the main HWY 23 and the back facing rooms are particularly quiet

Breakfast is not very exciting, but it is free and a nice feature at this price. Beds are fine but not fantastic. Again realistic expectations. This is not a Hilton.

Very good. It was served in a timely way and satisfied our expectations. Nice variety of food and drink, and the coffee was excellent. There was no sausage or bacon, but overall the breakfast was very good.

The heater kept cycling through when it was turned up to 72 degrees, making a fairly loud noise through the night. More of a annoyance then major issue, but it should be checked.

Liz was such a joy to work with. She's extremely knowledgeable about her job, which was reflected in her customer service. She is a true asset for your business, This is our 2nd stay with you because we have relatives that live locally and she was just as accommodating the first time. Also, I appreciate the new ice machine.

The water pressure was quite weak in the shower. And there was a water leak, which I reported near the bathroom door...rm 215. The couch was quite stained and nasty.

This was an older model, but it was very clean. The bathroom looked newly remodeled. The morning staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast is continental with various bread options, fruit, coffee and cereal.

The air conditioner worked, but it would not be able to keep the room cool in the middle of summer. The beds were fairly hard. The nighttime staff was professional, but not the same level of friendliness. One vending machine did not work. Smell of weed outside, but that's a problem with America, not the motel.

When traveling for work I often stay at properties like Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden. This older is a bit older but the rooms are clean and comfortable and the shower is good. I stay here on numerous occasions and have rooms booked in the future

I wish windows would open but that is rare nowadays. Parking is right in front of the room on first floor so a bit of noise is possible from other guests, wasn't an issue and I prefer second floor where it is not an issue.

I liked that the hotel sat well back from the road and that they fulfilled my request by placing me as far from the road/traffic noise as possible. Staff was very friendly and personable. Ensured we knew all about the breakfast and other ammenities.

The toilet did not flush well and the A/C rattled excessively. It DID cool the room well and there were no other issues with it, but it was excessively loud and woke us several times during the night.

The location was great. It was close to the event we attended. Yet, the property has an open country feel of seclusion. Clean, remodeled, comfortable, friendly, and restaurants very near.

Every room has some quirks no matter where you lodge. That's life! Nothing major.

They had waffles, breakfast sandwiches, along with fruit, yogurt & cereal. Also had juice & coffee, and muffins, bagels & bread for toast. The attendant was very nice & helpful. Location was great, since it was right off of the main road through town.

We had a room on the back of the property, so we got the parking lot view. Of course, we weren't staying there for the view. Other than that it suited our needs for the price.

We’ve stayed here many times and always find the staff friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the shower in room 111. The water pressure was perfect and so was the water temperature. It’s really nice having a great shower after a long drive.

The location was perfect. My sisters and I planned the trip to Helen and Clayton was the perfect place to stay. The staff was very helpful and gave us a list of waterfalls to visit and places to shop in the surrounding area.

The bed was bit too firm.
