The facility is newly renovated, very nicely done. Our room was clean, spacious, had a fireplace, and even a private patio. The location could not be any better.

The spa and restaurant were not yet open. There was some kind of issue with our check in, so on Two occasions (one time at 10:45pm), the front desk issued keys to our room to a new guest, and they came into our room while my wife and I were in there. They told us twice that they had no record of us being there, and that was the reason this happened. They were extremely apologetic afterwards and very nice, but it was still slightly frustrating. We also did not get any housekeeping services during our stay (3 nights) which was surprising.

We loved this place. Our first time to Highlands and will definitely be back and stay at Trailborn again. Close enough to everything yet far enough away you don’t have all the noise and busyness. Very clean and comfortable. The fact that bikes are offered is awesome, although we never got a chance to use them.

Nice room, well appointed! Bathrobes were nice touch. Comfortable bed and furnishings.

Everything ok. Would be nice to have some variety in morning pastries, other than banana nut bread. Wife no lika da bananas!

Room was very nice and comfortable. Very quite and neat. Easy to get to the room. I was able to get in our room a little earlier than I said.

Only thing I thought was lacking, was the breakfast offering. I mentioned to the desk attendant that muffins would be nice. He said that others had voiced that also it needed to be beefed up a bit.

Quiet and away from the traffic of the center of town.

Wish they kept some coffee out till the afternoon rather than use the one that was supplied in the room. Also a comfortable chair in the room rather than an just an office chair. There was plenty of room for one.

Recently renovated and everything is perfect!! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms a beautiful with nice personal touches. The location is walkable to downtown. A fabulous experience!!!

Clean, nice area, friendly receptionist.

Beds were very firm. I would even say hard. They were so firm that very time I rolled over I woke up. The coffee in the morning was luke warm, but the bread was nice.
