The location is very good, right on Main St. near everything. The history of the inn and all the antiques were so interesting. The bedroom was great except for the lack of a comfortable chair or writing desk. Bed and shower excellent. The staff were wonderful, cheerful, helpful and friendly.

I would have liked some yogurt added to the cold breakfast menu. The other choices were good. I don't do hot breakfast so can't comment but other diners were very complimentary about them.

My wife and I set out to this area/location because I drove through ~15 years ago during a business trip and made a subconscious memory that it was somewhere I wanted to bring her! Not realizing just how much of a jewel I had found - you guys sure made me look good. We will be back and likely during the summer!!!!👍

Since you asked: Dingy paint, too much furniture-maybe rotate pieces in and out. Lighting not pleasing. Bulbs burned out. Could use lamps with warm bulbs and not so many overhead fixtures. With dark floors and dark furniture, off white paint would brighten the rooms and all other areas. Recover furniture with a theme. Updating will make people want to return instead of selecting another inn.

The bed was amazing The historic Inn was preserved and yet updated just enough. AC was great, the carpet was clean, and the bathroom was updated. Location, location, location! Walk to shops and restaurants. Hear the chapel bell ring on the hour.

Located on the main street of Highlands, within walking distance of great restaurants and lots of shopping, an attentive staff, a comfortable bed, and a tasty breakfast each morning... what's not to like!

We arrived a little early and our room was ready for us. We were greeted with a big hi from Chris the manager and the whole staff was the same way very friendly and helpful.

Parking on the street but that is the local way of doing things.

Everything was wonderful and the Inn was the perfect place to stay on our first visit to the Highlands. Friendly staff, and beautiful comfortable room

The staff was wonderful! We got the wrong room for our family and they made sure we were taken care of. Booking.com didn't do so great, but the hotel more than helped us!
