We were stranded because of car issues headed to Chatanooga. We were towed here and quickly got a room. My expectations were low, but I was very pleasantly surprised and welcomed by the kind young lady at the front desk. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location is right beside a Taco Bell, KFC, and Ingles Grocery Store with a Starbucks, insert praise hands! Theres not really anything to do in walking distance and it was the 4th of July, no rental cars available. Yet, it was a truly great stay! Breakfast was yummy!

We had to leave on an emergency before our stay was over. We booked through booking.com. I spoke to the front desk as we checked out at 6 am. The wonderful lady told me that I had to go back through booking.com. I did that as soon as I was able to call them. They called the hotel, but no one answered. They then emailed the hotel on the same day we checked out on November 1st to get me a refund for my 2nd day because we did not stay because we had to leave and go home to Florida. Our reservations were for October 31-November 2, 2023, and here we are November 12th, and they charged my card on November 6th for the full 2 day price of 171. And refused to refund me the 2nd day saying that it is too late now. .... this is crazy.

Friendly staff. For AT hikers they even have a donation box set up for items to help folks on the trail. Was there to visit multiple waterfalls in Nantahala and Pisgah. Great location to start off each day of touring.

I like how accommodating the staff was. I was instantly greeted, offered a room change for my comfort's sake, and all my questions were answered. When they ran out of milk at breakfast, they gave me more. Very good treatment, even though I had a broken leg.

Friendly female clerk checked us in. Wish I got her name. Very informative and nice.

Room didn't feel super clean and stains could be seen on both bed comforters. So we took them off. Continental Breakfast was about a 2 on a scale of 10. Not much to the lobby when you walk in, some people's first impression.

Great location. Nice facility. Great staff! Nice pool area. Exceeded expectations for being such a small town location.

Although it sufficed well enough, maybe consider slightly more variety for breakfast

Staff from all shifts were friendly and very respectful. The hotel was centrally located to all areas of Franklin. We were on the 3rd floor and had a great view of the mountains. Most of all very comfy bed!

No concerns enjoyed stay

The room was very comfortable, including the beds. The breakfast area had a power failure so that limited what was available but it came back on and all was well.

The pool was unavailable. I had promised my granddaughter that she’d be able to swim but, fortunately, she was ok with it.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles, toast/bagels/muffins, fruit, instant oatmeal and cereal). Good location and lobby smelled nice, staff was courteous. TV and AC worked. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good.

There was a stain on the comforter which appeared clean but still needed to be bleached out.
