As other reviews have stated, this property was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our clean, spacious room and its comfortable bed. Even though our floor housed plenty of guests, everyone was quiet and mutually respectful. The entire staff are to be commended. Both Linda and Kye, at the front desk, were so wonderful; personable, friendly, professional, and always helpful and kind. Marsha not only skillfully and energetically maintains a well-stocked free breakfast with plenty of delicious choices, she brightens everyone’s morning with her cheerful friendliness.

Room was clean and was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful even after multiple guest were extremely rude to them and he handled the situation perfectly. I was more than happy to step up and say something to the rude guest when the man running the front was doing the best he could with people checking in by himself.

The rude customers staying in the hotel and I recommend yall give the guy running the front a raise for being professional and being as quick as possible being yall had him working the desk by himself at check in time which seems unnecessary but he handled himself very well.

The offerings at the free breakfast were varied and tasty, and the breakfast room is pleasant. The coffee machine in the lobby was much appreciated. Room was comfortable (great pillows) and the staff were all helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Linda on the night desk for her assistance and great attitude. Loved the Easter decorations in the lobby! I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Room had plenty of space. Everything was clean and the staff at check-in was so friendly. I was very surprised by the breakfast bar. It was good and had plenty of options. The location was excellent. It was located right in the middle of Hiawassee so we were close to all the stores and it's just a short drive to Helen or across the border into North Carolina to go to Cherokee or even into Tennessee. We will be staying here again when we come in the area.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was good

The room was nice. The pool was nasty though and that's why we chose this hotel so the grandkids could swim. So that was disappointing. They couldn't seem to get breakfast together. I went when they 1st started at 630 the eggs and gravy were cold and the pancakes machine wasn't working. Went back at 730 when the kids got up and all that was still true

The room was really clean. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa sleeper. The soaps and lotion in the bathroom were Dove and are the same products I use at home, which I love. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a good variety and there was a nice little fitness room. I travel many times a year and this is the best hotel we have stayed in in a long time.

I didn't have a problem with anything.

It was ok. Have had better food. Sausage hard and biscuits ok. I loved the cinnamon rolls. I don’t like to complain about any of it. I’m thankful to have food and the ladies did a great job making it suitable for everyone. Hats off to them.

I guess maybe the sausage needed to not have been hard. I don’t know how they prepared it but maybe cooked too long or heated too long. It was ok but again thankful to have something to eat and blessed to be able to eat.

The rooms was spacious cleaned & well planned. My favorite feature was a full length mirror with a ledge & outlet. Great place to finish up hair/ makeup when sharing a bathroom. Nice free breakfast also. The walk-in shower was a nice feature as well.

Nothing really. We stayed one night attending a near by concert & loved our stay.

the breakfast was excellent. the location was perfect

the layout of the room. 2 queen beds- 1 was up against the ac unit -so you could not walk on that side of the bed. the shower had no where to place soap or sponges.. there was also a grab bar on the outside I am partially disabled and would have loved one on the inside of the shower

The staff was great and even gave me halloween treat bags for my children. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. All the staff were friendly and kind. I would definitely stay again in the future !0

I wish the property allowed small dogs for a fee. We would have stayed much longer!
