The owner is delightful! The breakfast was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable! The owner loves antiques, so that is how the house and rooms are decorated. We loved that charm.

It was a bit confusing at first determining how to navigate around the house. There are several floors and several doors. But the owner walked us through everywhere and once she showed us around it was easy. Our room had a door right out to the driveway so there was easy access when we got home late at night. We didn't have to enter through the main house and worry about disturbing others.

My wife and I had an amazing couples yoga session with Linda. Excellent breakfast, fresh fruit with waffles bacon and maple syrup. Amazing facilities with a relaxing spa room with sauna and hot tub (I didn't use the hot tub). Good rural location. Linda is a superb hostess and you feel like you are staying with family. Linda will also give you good recommendations about great places to eat and excellent places to visit. Anyone visiting, make sure to get booked in with Linda for yoga and enjoy a good sauna or hot tub!

Nothing. The B&B is perfect. The only comment I would leave is that the sauna has no bucket of water (as I think they have had issue with people putting too much water on the stones), instead there was a bottle spray which was okay but I would have preferred a bucket and ladle. There were multiple warnings about putting too much water on the hot stones. I think I would do something similar if people put too much water on my sauna heater!

We had a wonderful stay. Linda was a very gracious host. We were greeted with homemade cookies and bottled water in the mini fridge. We had breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view. Her homemade breakfast each morning was delicious. She accommodated my dietary restrictions and was kind enough to make gluten free waffles for me. We stayed in the deluxe queen room, which was very special because it has private access to a Spa that includes a hot tub, a sauna and a massage room. It made for a wonderful romantic get-away. The room has a private entrance and it was located very close to downtown.

Linda is an excellent hostess! A very comfortable bed and nice room with TV, microwave and mini fridge. There was also a closet to hang your clothes up; plus a full bathroom. Linda is an excellent cook and made a wonderful breakfast every morning of our stay. We enjoyed travelling through the area and had great weather. She also gave tips on places to eat and sites to see. :)

Linda was a wonderful hostess! Breakfasts were delicious and she took such care to accommodate our dietary needs. The French spa room had a very comfortable queen bed. The antiques in the room added to the overall atmosphere. The spacious separate spa area with a Sundance hot tub, a shower, steam sauna and massage room were a very nice surprise! We wished we could have spent more time in it! The B&B is near the end of a quiet road. The surrounding scenery is lovely, especially during the fall colors.

Linda was an amazing host; joyful, friendly, and with a heart for service. The sauna was HOT! :) Breakfast was yummy. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. All was clean. The location was convenient to various area attractions. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hot tub and a massage, but we will be back. Thanks!

Linda was so nice and helpful. Allie, her sweet dog was precious. She greeted us outside.The room was clean and cozy. We were in the spa room and only wish we'd had time to enjoy the spa as well. The queen bed is very comfy. It is only 8 minutes from Anderson Music Hall and downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Hiawassee is a great little town and from here we had good access to the various hiking areas and mountain sites. Our hostess, Linda, and her beautiful labradoodle, Ali, were very welcoming. The breakfasts were perfect and Linda always provided cookies for our daily outings. A hot tub & sauna were available and inviting but we didn't use them. Linda was able to provide information about the area and always had an ear for learning about our daily adventure.

We prefer a king size bed but knew ahead that the bed was a queen. The room was a standard size with a bathroom similar to a hotel room but we did have access to a lovely living room/kitchen area where we ate breakfast.

We loved everything! The spa room was a huge surprise and a wonderful bonus! Our host was magnificent and the breakfast was excellent. Very quiet and great views! We will be back. Absolute tranquility!

Hidden Valley is near everything we enjoy doing in the area. Favorite restaurants are in Hayesville, NC and Blairsville, GA. Antique Mall in Hiawassee is a must visit and browse for us. Also, the John C. Campbell Folk School and craft shop is a great place to find unique gifts. (Brasstown). Good restaurant there too!! The Crown!! Linda was a wonderful host. We really enjoyed her delicious breakfasts. We didn’t want another bite until we went out for dinner in the evening. We would definitely stay at Hidden Valley again. The property is clean and well kept. ENJOY!!
