The staff was friendly and it was in good location! It's not in a very busy part of Andrews, so you get some peace. It's not a far drive to Murphy, NC and there are so many places to drive and sight see. There is just so much to explore and we didn't get to see everything we wanted. That means another trip! Overall just a great location!

Our bathroom light did not work at all. The moment we got in our room to use the restroom, we tried turning the light on and it wouldn't come on(We choose to not bother them and get our vacation started). So for the three days we showered with flashlights. We were in room 109. We didn't want to move rooms, so we grinned and bared it. We figured it was a small thing to endure because we were out and about everyday.

this place was clean. Really close to the Andrews valley petal rail cars which we were doing. The young girl at the front desk when we checked in that night was super sweet and very heplful!

The breakfast could have been better. I wish that they had some scrambled eggs. the waffle We made was really good.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly, check in and check out went smoothly. Small convenience store nearby.

There was a child in the room above us running around and sounded like they were playing with a ball at 9:30pm No restaurants nearby.

This hotel is the only chain hotel in town, but provided service and facilities as though they had competition next door. Clean and pleasant room in a location convenient to both the highway and the charming small town of Andrews.

The location was close to gas stations and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean and the outside area was kept up. Definitely would stay again.

It's a little outdated, but clean and comfortable. About 7 minutes from casino if you're mad at your money. Rate is very good. Would stay again!

The location was perfect for us and the hotel was quite adequate. We met the housekeeper, Honey, and she was very nice and so welcoming. The room was very clean and had enough towels. Ruby, at the front desk when we arrived was very nice, also.

I think that having a couple outdoor chairs near the unit would be nice. The breakfast could have had a little more diversity, i.e. bagels or muffins, adult type cereal.

Couldn't really get the room warm enough. But it was REALLY cold outside.
