Check in & check out was easy. The view was amazing. The employees were very friendly.

We didn't like the beds they were very uncomfortable. We also did not like the confusion about the room information. We had initially booked a room, but the description led us to believe that there would be no bathroom in the room... that needs to be updated immediately. Apparently, we were not the ONLY ones who questioned this description. After arrival & seeking clarification, we were informed that others had mentioned the same question. (Booking.com) There was also some confusion about payment. The amount that Booking.com takes compared to what is owed.

The presentation was very clean. The hotel was very clean and casino itself was very clean. I like restaurants inside of the casino however very expensive. I like that there were several different machine machines to choose from in the majority of the ones that I sat on I want from the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I didn’t like that there was no open parking in front of the hotel. So we parked in the garage and because you cannot bring bags through the hotel we had to walk back outside in the cold and rain to get back to the hotel.

Staff were nice. Bartender was nice. Receptionist were nice. Room was comfy. Bed was clean. I was impressed by the room and shower. The people checking IDs were a little gruff, but otherwise okay. Thank you!

Drinks were a bit pricy, but it is a bar in a casino, so I don’t expect as reasonable of prices. Overall good. One thing that did bother me was that the receptionist kept asking me if I was staying by myself. She kept seeming to hint I’d have another guest, but I did not and would not. It was a little off-putting.

I loved the fact that this hotel and casino is smoke free.! Had numerous slots. Our bed was comfortable. Had no issues getting what I needed. Staff was mostly very professional and accommodating I loved our meal at Ramseys.!. Loved our sandwich at Earl of Sandwich!

Did not offer a veteran discount-was told later that you have to apply for one online. Slot machines hardly paid off-very tight!

Great hotel with lots to do. Nice rooms and best part is no smoke smells! Great eating spots with affordable prices. Excellent, friendly hotel staff!

Bed sagged very badly on my side...it was like sleeping in a hole. It would be nice if the rooms had a microwave to warm up leftovers or reheat drinks. Be prepared to lose your money in the casino...couldn't ever get a game no matter what I played, it just ate my money.

So we came from Fl. Last trip Nov 2023. My husband loved the experience. We came back. But then found out the one electronic craps table he loved was gone. Really disappointed him. Also restaurant closed. Again during stay. I get only opening on weekend. But , then the healthiest non greasy option the sandwich place was closed as well. Again. Very disappointing. And I would have planned to eat before arriving had we known that both restaurant and the sandwich place was closed. My husband received free plays to come on specific days. Was a lot of driving from Fl. For so much to be closed.

We usually come for the day to play and eat a meal. The last two years we have also come for our anniversary and stayed in the hotel 2-3 nights. This was by far our worst days on the slots. We only play slots when we visit and have never found them to be as stingy as this time. We never come expecting to hit it big…..we like to come and play as entertainment and togetherness. We thought maybe we were just having a run of bad luck, but we heard from many other quests that the slots were locked down for them also. Maybe we will come back for the day or maybe we will wait until construction is over.

The food I order from Nathan's fish and shrimp was all bread with thin pieces of fish inside and shrimp also was just bread didn't really taste any shrimp and because I'm a diabetic the coleslaw was to sweet since I got it to go didn't end up eating was a waste of money wanted Panda but like always if you hungry you always have to wait was to hungry and regret not waiting August 5 was my birthday so this only bad report I had

Always clean and well kept rooms

As has been the case my last few visits, the parking! I understand why its like it is but you really should offer free valet parking to your registered guests during the construction period. It is simply the right thing to do. That's a very long walk from the parking lot, to the building and up to your room. I'm in good shape and didn't have a problem with it but I still didn't like it! :(

I liked the front desk check in. the convenience of the food court. The rooms were up to date and nice. Felt like 5 star hotel. Getting a ride from your car to the hotel. Everything seemed effortless and really enjoyable.

sheets and bathroom cleanliness.This room that I was in this time was not as clean as the previous one. The mirror in the bathroom and counters could have been cleaner if the Housekeeper did a better job.
