Location

Could have more convenient parking. Especially if a female is traveling alone for business. I understand that there are special places for motorcycles, but if there are no motorcycles there and someone needs a space, it should be utilized. Especially if you are told no, you can not park there and see a car park in that spot, and they are not told to move.

The hotel was in a convient location, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is nice, but a little run down in places. I know that it is going through a refurbishment so probably should be expected. It was adequate for us after a long drive for a 1 night stay, and we left early the next morning.

All the desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and stocked when I arrived, although I stayed 5 nights I never had my bed made or towels replaced. There is a fire pit out front for guests to use, that was a bonus!

There was only one place to roll the luggage cart up onto the sidewalk and that was the handicap ramp. It would have been nice to have another place to wheel it up. Also many of the elevator buttons were out, so you weren't sure if you pushed them. The up button on the third floor was constantly pointing down. Apparently they need to call for a bit of servicing for the elevator.

Easy to check in and out of. Good location in a small own. Close to grocery stores and cute restaurants

Breakfast was rough. Waffle maker didn’t work. Boiled eggs wouldn’t peel Coffee was weak

Wifi/cable service... TV did not work and I needed to see the news.... tail of the dragon needs weather forecast for experience... I was on motorcycle

Best stay I've had in a while. Close to where I wanted to be, checking went smooth with Lavonnia. The lobby had a stinch like. Broken sewer pipe! But the room and amenities awesome, clean, room temperature was optimum, breakfast included loved it. I would stay again!!!! You can you should...

Quiet even though it was close to a busy road. Convenient walking distance to Walgreens and grocery store.

There seemed to be several homeless people walking through the parking lot and we had 2 approach us right when we pulled in.

First hotel I can remember staying in that I wasn’t “anxious”. My husband and I both commented how safe we felt there. No noise, even though there were many guests. We will definitely stay there again if the need arises. Staff could not have been nicer. Friendly, helpful and knew their job. Clean and comfortable.

Perhaps a rail at the bath area to assist with getting in and out of shower. Would be especially helpful to those who have standard showers at home

Very clean and mattress were comfortable

Very Close to road. My room was in the front of the building so I heard all the loud motorcycle traffic. Lucky after 11:30 pm or so loud traffic noise was minimal.
