Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great

The hotel was off of the main highway and the road sign was not lit. After turning off the highway and going up the hill the road turns to the right and the sign is small and not lit. Basically this hotel is almost impossible to find after dark..

The suite was very roomy. The indoor pool was nice, although the water was cooler than expected. The hotel was clean! The staff, from top tier to bottom tier, was super friendly! Good variety of foods to choose from at the breakfast buffet. We're a fairly loud bunch, the 7 of us, but we didn't hear of anyone complaining. We didn't hear our neighbors either. We enjoyed our stay.

The beds were not very comfy, just thankful for my own bed.

The breakfast, indoor pool, and large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash inside the shower were amazing!

We did find a pair of ladies underwear tucked between our bed and table 🤢 but aside from that, we loved our stay!

loved the beds and pillows! they were so comfortable, we wanted to take the bed and pillows how because of how comfortable they were lol! lady at the front desk was super nice too and so helpful!

the only thing I didn’t like was we tried using the facilities gym and the code to the door wouldn’t work. not even with the super sweet lady at the front desk helping us trying to open it!

The lady that does the breakfast in the morning she's fantastic the food was really good it's better than breakfast out at the local restaurant or any other Hotel facility.

I thought everything was fantastic I have nothing bad to say about the facility.

The room was clean, comfortable and a nice size. Ot was humid but it's NC and I didn't turn the air down as cold as I should've.

So the air conditioner had a rattle that made it a little hard to sleep but other than that things were great.

My husband said it was the best meal of our two day stay. The location was okay.

I would have liked another bar in the shower as you’re getting out. My balance is not great and I would have felt more secure if there was a bar as you’re stepping out.

Breakfast was great, location was perfect for what we needed. Room and amenities were top rate.

Everything! The people were very friendly and professional..They were on top of the sanitizing and making sure everything was clean. And for that they get a 10 from me!!

The front desk clerk was very helpful and patient. She even updated our room to a suite. She was very nice. The room was very nice and clean. Just note that the air-conditioning has to be on way early than the guess. Because it take a long time for the room to cool down or even get cold.

Everything was together. Excellent stay👍
