This Motel is in a great location in the heart of beautiful Bryson City. You can stroll into town and/or the Smokey Mountain Railroad. It has super parking and is close to the main road to continue your journey the next day. For what it cost this place offers excellent value for money but if you expect 5 star you will be disappointed. We especially liked the rocking chairs outside the rooms. We had a fridge and a/c and the bed and room were tired but clean.

The room was very small which for 1 night was fine but I wouldn't have wanted to be staying any longer. For us, the location made the compromise worth it.

Relax Inn has the best balance of affordability and quality in Bryson City. The location is great. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms seem to have been renovated recently and look more modern. The water pressure is good and the hot water lasts a long time.

The rooms could use some updating. The brown interior and decor makes the room look dark and dated. The lighting could be better: There’s only one can light in the ceiling and the bedside table lamp in the main room. The bathroom has an overhead light but I really wish there was a sconce above the bathroom mirror to give front lighting for hair and makeup.

It was very clean, the staff were friendly and efficient, it was walking distance to all of the downtown shops and restaurants, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on at a hotel. It is a great place for a couple overnight, and the price was reasonable. I would stay there again.

The bathroom was clean but very small. There was not much space between the sink and the wall so that when I bent over to wash my face, my rear end touched the wall behind me.

The location was great, we were visiting from England UK, initially starting in Gatlinburg and visiting Bryson City just for the night for the polar express which was about a pleasant 15min walk away. Very easy to find and loved how convenient this hotel was. Clean, bed was comfy, a great one night stay

The location is great. Room was not pretty new, but clean and all equipment was working. This is motel, so should be considered as such

The room had a bit insufficient lighting and a bit noisy A/C. Not really critical, but noticeable. As for me - a bit overpriced, but this is high season in Smoky Mountains now, so maybe still within the market.

This is an older property. However it is well maintained. The bed is comfortable. Great location. ( can walk to the Great Smokey Mountain train. Just an FYI if you buy your tickets online you MUST select a parking spot. The train refunded me with No problem). Inn keepers helpful and courteous. A great value. I would stay again.

This motel is clean, quiet, and the management is exceptionally friendly. It's a no frills type of motel, but my husband and I were very pleased. When we are vacationing, we are out doing activities we don't spend our vacation in a room. I would totally recommend this place as a great place to stay.

The room was very clean, mom and pops type inn. I would stay here again and the beds were so comfy. The staff was so friendly. We were only here for one night, but would deffintley stay again longer.

Everything was great. Nothing to not like about the inn, location was great, staff was great and clean.

The staff were very friendly and attended to my need for extra towels immediately :) The room was clean, and the location is amazing and within walking distance to everything.

There was a spider in the corner of the shower. Not a huge deal, but just something simple that can come up.

Cleanliness of the rooms, the staff was excellent and reasonable on the pricing. Excellent location as to the Polar Express train as well. Defiantly would stay here again.

Rooms are small in scale to new hotels but it has been recreantly remodeled.
