I was very positively impressed by the hospitality at this hotel — the way the staff treated guests was warm, thoughtful, and truly welcoming. This level of service made my stay especially enjoyable. And all of this was on top of a great location and high-quality accommodations: the room, bathroom, and overall facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

If I had to mention one small thing, it would be about breakfast. My eating habits might be a bit different from the usual offerings — I tend to look for fresh vegetables and cheese in the morning, while the breakfast here had more of a sweet tooth, with plenty of desserts and cookies! That said, I really appreciated that after I shared this with the team, some veggies started to appear a few days later. It was a lovely sign of how responsive and caring the staff are.

Likes: Employees were very polite, friendly, helpful, kind! We felt appreciated! Our room was upgraded to a lovely & spacious suite. Very clean! Hotel had an elevator and our suite had a nice balcony. Hotel located within short walk to the beach, many shoppes & eateries. Front desk assisted us with a transfer back to Rome at the conclusion of our stay. Van rate was reasonable. Free breakfast was delicious with many choices including cooked to order eggs. Nice seating area for dining. Bed was comfortable Hotel provided a robe & slippers Lovely paintings on hotel room doors gave hotel a unique feel. Would definitely stay again!!

TV in bedroom area was small. Shower was difficult at first figuring out how to turn on/off and adjust, but we did get it working pretty quickly. Wish they had provided wash cloths.

The location of the property was great! Short walk to and from the train and bus station, in the middle of town, walking distance to lots of delicious restaurants, shops, and the beach! The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They make you feel so welcome and valued! As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with a cocktail and our luggage was taken to our room. Every morning, there is a beautiful breakfast and made to order eggs, juice, and cappuccino. Best hospitality I have ever experienced in my travels. I highly recommend to all visiting beautiful Pescara!

Top marks to the Victoria Hotel for everything. Excellent central location, 5 minutes from the railway and bus stations and 5 minutes from the sea. Fantastic staff - all so welcoming and friendly, offering extras such as putting a kettle in my room, the offer of a sandwich for my journey home etc. Spotlessly clean. The room and bathroom were fully refreshed each day and there was plentiful and instant hot water at good pressure in the shower. All very comfortable with a choice of pillows on the bed. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Some of everything is offered with cooked breakfasts made on request. Fresh coffee was made for whatever type was wanted. At the edge of the wonderful walking shopping area, the hotel was quiet.

Everything was splendid. No comment here.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted at the front door by the staff who immediately assisted us with our luggage, parked our car, and escorted us into the hotel to register. The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious by Italian standards, and the bed was very comfortable. In the evening, we were given a complementary glass of wonderful local wines with snacks. The location is a couple of blocks to the beach, and the shopping district is around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

I Loved the service and the family like atmosphere. The kindness and help we received from the staff was exceptional! The breakfast was wonderful offering fresh juices and kitchen services with omelets and other cooked items. The location was excellent being right in the center of Pescara. All the recommendations of the area from the hotel staff were exceptional as well.

There was not much we did not like with our stay, we were 3 people, and the room size was a little small. This however was due to the historic old building of the hotel having limited space, but, the service and friendly staff certainly outweighed the smaller room size. :-)

Enjoyed a 3 night stay in Pescara with some of my family. Rooms 402 to 404. Best feature of the hotel is the staff and from the front desk to the chamber maids they were all great. Difficult to highlight anybody but a honourable mention to Giuseppe (Joseph) and Micaela on the front desk who we had the most interaction with. Location was good for us because we were not bothered about venturing too far and wide and walked everywhere we needed to. Breakfast was also a highlight with enough choice for all dietary needs.

Very minor maintenance things in the hotel bathroom which I am sure are being addressed.

I liked the central location with easy walking distance to the centre and to the beach. But most of all, we really liked the Breakfast. We loved the freshly squeezed Orange Juice. The eggs were fresh and prepared as you liked it. The fruits were very fresh and coffee was delicious. There were plant based milks. Excellent breakfast.

We liked everything. Would have loved some organic yoghurt and at least one cake or bread organic and with alternative sugar like Coconut sugar or Panela sugar. White sugar is now out. All the cakes were very sweet and made with white sugar.

I researched the best hotels to stay in for the area; according to the reviews, the Victoria Hotel was one of them - I am so very happy I listened. It was a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal to the hotel, 3-5 minute walk to several restaurants and gelato, and an 8-minute walk to the beach. The suite was a perfect size for my family of 4 and very clean. My family took a Disney cruise a few years back which we thought had an amazing staff and service; the Victoria Hotel is in a different league. We will be back very soon.

The stay at Victoria Hotel was extremely pleasant, the location is perfect it is in the center and close to the train station, beaches, many shops, restaurants, cafes and much more! We really enjoyed staying here, especially with such welcoming staff and they deserve a huge thanks. They were always smiley, helpful, kind and giving the best recommendations. We also enjoyed a lot the breakfast and fresh coffees . Thank you very much for everything, we will for sure come back.
