Breakfast was awesome every day…everyone is super friendly and helpful. Location is great.. just off the main road. Room was large and clean.. the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and stocked with clean linens.

There is nothing we did not like.

Breakfast was good. Wish they had bacon...lol Mattress was ok, could have been better. I had better when I stayed there before. (2017) Must be time to buy new ones.

Called a month before asking prices and was told they didn't have discounts. So I went thru bookings. Got there and was told I should have called and they would haven given discounts.. huh?

The staff, especially Stephanie, was very helpful and kind.

We were not able to get the rooms cleaned - even when we ask specifically for it to be. Also the pool wasn’t very clean.

they were not pet friendly which could have been a real problem. we travel with our small dog and I could’ve sworn I verified pet friendly when I booked. they were nice and let him stay but charged us $100 non refundable fee. given we never leave the dog in the room unattended we felt this was a bit excessive. but it beat having to leave him in the car or seek a different motel.

The breakfast was more then I expected. The hotel was beyond what I expected for the price I paid, and excellent in any case.

The parking is too cramped.

Everything was so clean very good housecleaning rooms smelled so fresh and clean staff was very friendly and helpful mu stay was very relaxful and comfortable very updated full size shampoo and conditioner and body wash dim lights in the room made it feel so relaxing and the breakfast was an A+ everything was hot and fresh the swimming pool was very clean and blue this hotel will be my hotel when im in Elgin Texas 5 Star from me ❤

Well theres nothing that i didnt like the only thing i didnt like is that i couldnt stay longer. Mayb next time

The water for the tub in the bathroom seemed to to not ever be warm. Always felt on the colder side.you guys should have cork screws in each room just in case

Great location to Sherwood Forest Faire. Close drive to Austin without being in the city. Free breakfast. Cleanliness. Security.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ammenities, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. Great value.

The bedside table was too wobbly to use for my dinner but other than that everything was great!

Spacious room. Two double beds, enough for a family of four. Bathroom was also spacious. Some hotels have the toilet so close to the shower. The breakfast was great. The pancake machine was a hit with the kids. Front staff were super friendly. Excellent restaurant right next store (not affiliated with the hotel.)

Washing machine was broken on our floor. I didn't check the other floors.
