Perfect location for our needs. Very reasonable rates for what we received. This motel is on the older side, but it's well kept. The breakfast was included and tasty. It's clearly a family run operation and I like seeing that. BONUS: Ice Machine!! Seriously. how my many motels have an ice machine these days? Maybe it is nostalgia on my part, but that really made me happy.

I see there are many poor reviews here. I would agree that the place is a little dated. But but for the price and location it was a bargain. Nothing that I didn't like. Just recognizing you get what you pay for. and in the case of this place. We got more than our money's worth.

Cleanliness and location were spot on for us.

Our room smelled strongly of Fabulosa cleaner, which is a good sign but overboard with the fragrance. Heater startled us awake a number of times because at its start, it sounded like an alarm. Once it in got going, it was tolerable.

Our room was very large and comfortable and breakfast was free.

Everything went well. Not anything I didn't like. I left a personal item there by mistake, and they were very accommodating about holding on to it until I could retrieve it.

Beautiful lobby. All common spaces very clean and lovely. No weird smells anywhere! Comfortable, firm mattress. Hot water. Nice Dove soaps. Good breakfast. Easy parking and check-in. Great location for attending Chanhassen Dinner Theater. Overall very good and would stay again.

Off-putting stains on office chair and window shade in room. The full length mirror is in awkward location. No mirror located in main part of room made it a challenge for two friends to get ready for the theater at the same time. I did my hair in the reflection of the television.

Breakfast was good, staff very accommodating and excellent location to dinner theatre and Total Wine for shopping the next day.

Our booking reservation was a problem and not showing up on their computer but the reservation specialist soon corrected the problem efficiently. The mobile app wasn’t working very well and wouldn’t allow us to register or checkout, so we did it in person.

The staff were super kind, the lobby was very nice, room was mostly clean, minus the bath. Very accommodating when i needed to change number of beds. Were able to handle a bunch of dance girls being hyper.

The jets in the hot tub did not work. One staff working so they were very busy. No towels in the pool. Bathtub was absolutely disgusting. Floors were not vacuumed. Bed was not comfortable Breakfast was not stocked. Staff was trying but it was too much for one person to deal with.

Location. Staff. Security. Quiet. Microwave & tea facilities. Toiletries.

Fresh fruit limited at breakfast. Bath tiny. Kettle:coffee maker very old and grubby. Lack of hangers. Amount of toiletries assortment. I really hurt my leg on the metal attachment down the side of the bed when walking past as hidden by the bedding - this is dangerous and should be wrapped in padding if can’t be removed?

Breakfast was excellent. I love waffles. I recommend having waffles every visit. Everything was cleaning the room and available. The energy and environment was great. I'll visit again someday. Much better than Country Inn.

I was okay with everything. I didn't have much bad to say about AmericInn. The only thing I can really think of is the limited selection for the TV.

Location was perfect for our dinner/theater date! It was affordable, not fancy, but just what we needed! Will stay here again!

Just a personal preference, bed and pillows were not too comfortable for us. 2 people in the room, and only 1 regular, the other was decaf. Not a huge deal.

Great location, comfy clean room with a hot tub.it had everything we needed nothing more or less. Hallways seem not too updated but the room was terrific for the value, I would definitely stay again. The pool hot tub didn't seem to be working but that's why we got a room with one. So not an issue

Breakfast was ehhh. But it's a free hotel breakfast not a 5 star restaurant. I can't complain.
