I had an outstanding experience during my stay! From the moment I checked in, Mainak was warm, helpful and most importantly humble and Chill . Haven’t meet someone like this . He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even upgraded me to one of the highest room categories — a gesture I truly appreciated. The room (6055) was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally comfortable, with all the amenities also with the view of Lake will be there in my mind. Thanks to him, my stay was not only comfortable but also memorable. He is a real asset to the hotel, and I hope his dedication gets recognized. I highly recommend this hotel — and if you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Mainak, you’re in excellent hands!

High quality3 restaurants, each offering their own menus. Poolside restaurant has an excellent view, along with many of the rooms. Many staff members and managers deserve a mention here, so I will list as many as I can remember at the moment… Front Desk/Management/Laundry Service/Bell boys: Stalin, Naveen, Sagar, Rohit, Mahipal, Manjunath, Heena, Nagander, Pankaj, Gouri, Krishna, Krishna, Abdu; Restaurant managers and employees: Sangay, Himanshu, Prem, Rajesh, Sunil, Joyant, Tushar, Govardhan, Vikas, Sanjana, Rebecca, Satyajit, Sweta, Arti, Neikie, Veni, Tonlih, Kele, Chopin, Aditya, Smarotri, Bharat, Aying, Kevi, Sahil, Subhashis, Sumit, Lalit, Amitabh, Satish, Tokir, Naveen and, of course, Carol as entertainment at the Aqua restaurant. This is simply a short list of the staff; there are many others who made the stay fantastic. This hotel certainly hires excellent, attentive staff. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay in Hyderabad!

I’m not fond of some locals coming and getting drunk late night. If management can limit or control some of that, it would be great.

Location

Upon arrival they asked us to wait as our room is not ready then after five minutes they assigned a room which was not to the standards of a five star hotel the room needed lot of maintenance. The wall edges were damaged, . The woodwork in the toilet had moulding, dust and dirt found on edges of the bed, the room service menu papers damaged, wall painting had patches, with my experience being 5 star hotels I felt this is not what I’m paying for then I have to complain the receptionist give me an alternative room as I’m not happy with the room then the staff where accommodating they showed me alternative room which was to the standards.

We had a nice room. Breakfast was really good, including food and atmosphere. Had a nice terrace where one can sit and relax.

Some of the staff didn’t seem to understand English very well, which made communication challenging. They also were less helpful and accommodating than in other hotels we stayed in India. Bathroom sink and shower require renovation but the bathtub was nice. The room wasn’t prepared for 3 people upon our arrival although we booked for 3 people and reminded them in advance.

Most everything, good room, dining area was good with a wide range of food morning and night.

The prices are pretty hot for the buffet for one, INR 2,200. Then again the bar prices are red hot, and price goughing! Jacobs Creek Chardonnay, Australian or Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc, South African, were the only 2 drinkable white wines. Their Jacobs Creek is AUD$22 a glass, in Australia it's $8. Then for a bottle, they want AUD$112, for the Jacobs Creek 4 times the cost in Australia. While the Sav Blanc bottle, is AUD$140 or 5 times the price in Australia. I know there is a large tax on importing wine to India, but it's being used as an excuse to gouge customers.

The location was close to the Lake, and it was great to go there for a morning walk. The evening entertainment at the poolside was also nice, as well as the fact that they had 50% off on "Happy Hours"

The staff were badly trained. They did not know proper directions on how to get to the Lake. I had left my adaptor the previous night at the restaurant the the girl at the reception promised she would trace it for me, but when i returned, she had forgotten about it. Hotel seems over-staffed, many just hanging around chatting and doing nothing.

The receiving of the staff is very good,the have explored whole hotel,the room was the clean thanks toMS. HASEENA who made us comfortable with the room service and also personally helped me with my heavy lehanga, i felt like home,the pool,jacuzzi,sona experience with friends is marvelous and even the room service is excellent they helped by arranging an extra bed at 3:00 AM also which was super fast,the very next day MR.PANKAJ at reception surprised an complementary BDAY CAKE for me.that was next level surprise

Swimming pool is not temperature controlled,hope u can work on it.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Right from our airport pickup to end to the trip. For everything they helped us through and through. Housekeeping staff Haseena was really good with her work. She made our stay very comfortable & we didn’t have to think much about any thing as our room was always stalked up because of helpful Haseena. Taken good care of, the food was good the people were very nice, the ambience was so serene too.
