Beautiful location on the Adriatic. Hotel provides bikes for a bike path, or you can walk along the sea for kilometers ,or swim. A kind family makes you feel at home, A sea view meant I could watch the sunrise. Breakfast spread was extensive with several protein -rich foods, unusual in Italy. Cena was quite good as well. I'd been pushing myself as a tourist for weeks, and this provided me with a vacation from my vacation.

Nothing negative for me. Trains at night never woke me, and I find the sound romantic. It speaks of travel, mysterious destinations, and endless possibilities unfolding ahead. Not many in Pesaro speak English, but you should learn some basics of the language anywhere you travel. The owners know enough, and pointing and good will should see you through.

LOTS of parking on site! Very good Breakfast with staff service plus buffet. Excellent selection of whole fresh fruits (6-7 types) which is best in my travel experience. Staff service for hot drinks and some baked good, ham and cheese. Across the street from the beach although we did not use the facilities, it would be good for vacationers looking for that. Offered free bicycles but we did not have time to use. No elevator, but acceptable for us. Good size room. Good bed. Balcony facing ocean (extra cost) or mountain. Very friendly and helpful staff. On highway, short drive to Pesaro or Fano. Good for travellers with a car!!

No safe inside room so we need to take valuables with us. Have to leave room key at front desk when exiting. Front desk is often not manned so it is self service, although the staff are just in the next room. No Elevator, therefore not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The hotel is really good, you have a free parking right next to the hotel. The owners were really nice and whatever you need they help, we needed a room on a lower floor and even before we came they made sure we are on the first floor. The food is really good and not expensive i highly recommend coming here.

The owners / staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us to arrange a taxi service and gave us suggestions about local restaurants and places of interest. They made us feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Simple, Italian family style, near the beach. The owners were awesome Very friendly and helpful ! Restaurant on site good I enjoyed waking up to sunrise over the sea. It is helpful to speak some Italian. Be sure to ask for espresso with liquore.. 😋 Thank you, Vincenzo

Trains too close at night were noisy in Seaview room. Rooms and beds are smaller, but it reminded me of my first time in Italy 50 years ago.

Really kind and helpful staff. Thank you! The location is ideal near the beach. Room super clean. Breakfast has plenty choices. We stayed for 1 night. There is also a restaurant near the hotel if you arrive late as we did.

Welcoming staff and a pleasant stay overall. Clean room with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. Close to the sea—just need to cross a road and railway via a bridge. Good value for a short stay.

The room was very clean with a nice view of the sea.The staff was really warm and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner and the breakfast buffet was big with a lot of variety.

We liked everything ! The only issue is that there is a train line right in front of the hotel and sometimes the noise of the passing trains is a bit disturbing especially if the window is open
