We were highly impressed by the warm welcome and attentiveness of the staff throughout our stay. The room offered exceptional comfort, and the leisure facilities, including the pool and steam room, were excellent and well-maintained. The option for spa treatments was a definite plus. Furthermore, the dining was a highlight the food was simply outstanding.

Absolutely stunning hotel! The views from our balcony were spectacular. Really nice breakfast and the spa and pool was Particularly enjoyable, we had a massage and it was one of the best I’ve had. I also can’t compliment the staff enough, so helpful and very kind and polite.

Having to carry all our cases up from the car park. 5 or 6 flights of stairs, really bad at 68yrs old. The road to the car park up from below is not walkable as too steep and followed by all those stairs to get to the hotel terrace. Shame.

Our room was spectacular but we did book the top suite. The food at the restaurant in the evening was the best food we ate all week and we went to a number of restaurants. The atmosphere was great.

Nothing really, the walk up the hill was hardwork and I would say a car rental is a must to get the most of the surrounding area. There was probably potential to do alot more with the surrounding gardens but it didnt detract from our stay.

Pool and spa was nice, room was tidy, fresh towels and robes every day.

Would recommend having a lifeguard present during pool opening hours as anything could happen to someone when they are in there on their own. Thought lunch and dinner was very overpriced, very small portions for price would recommend reviewing.

I was really delighted to discover this hotel and, after two separate visits off season, I decided to take 20 plus rooms for 35 friends and family to join me in celebrating my birthday. Everyone loved it. The management and staff were so helpful, patient and flexible to accommodate our ever changing needs. The setting is stunning, the spa was fantastic and all the beds were super comfy. Hand painted murals and details everywhere you look. Some of the rooms are quirky so if you are looking for a sterile identikit chain hotel, this isn't for you. Full of character, some of the standard Romantic category rooms might be a little bigger or more modern than others, but all are comfy, reasonably priced and fit for purpose. The lake view and luxury rooms offer something more impressive, so upgrade if you want something fancier. There are multiple areas to host private dinners or events in and great indoor and outdoor pools that aren't heavily chlorinated like many are. The hotel allowed us to bring in external caterers to collaborate with their hotel as I had particular chefs I wanted to use and the hotel and restaurant staff worked well and efficiently with them. Gardone Riviera is really charming. There is a small public beach that is easily accessible down the hill and over the road with the clearest water to swim in with some fantastic restaurants along the promenade, there is a fun piano bar discoteca at Torre San Marco if you want some lively evening entertainment. There are some botanical gardens and other sights to visit, but sadly we didn't have time to check those out this time, but hope to when we return. We all loved this hotel. Family run like the nicest hotels are, it had a personal feeling and we were welcomed like family. We will most certainly return.

The hotel itself is stunning. We went at the height of summer when everything was blooming. Truly worth it just for the view of the lake and enjoying the grounds. We only stayed for one night so did not manage to take advantage of the pool, but it looked really good. The hotel is located up a hill, so the views from the grounds and restaurant blew our mind. The downside of this is if you do not have a car you'll need to walk up the hill from town.

The overall cleanliness of the room we were in was not exactly spotless. A bit dusty, and I noticed that in the bathroom there were mites on the ground. There were complimentary soaps for the bidet and shower, but one of the bidet soap bottles was half used so we didn't touch them. The shower has a small shelf for your things but it just immediately fills up with water so it was a bit dubious. We stayed in some of the cheaper rooms located downstairs.

The hotel location is amazing. It’s on a hill and the views just spectacular. The staff always there to help. The service was superb. Room was beautifully decorated. Good breakfast. We had a dinner one evening at the hotel and food was fantastic.

Tea and coffee facilities in a room would be nice.

Beautiful views of Lake Garda, (if the correct room is selected.) Elegantly decorated, inside and particularly outside. Lovely indoor pool. (Outside pool not open, mid May, but poor and unseasonal weather, so understandable.) Excellent breakfast. Good value. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent wine available too.

Paid extra to have our room upgraded, as first room with “lake view” was disappointing, and very impressed once we were. Very accommodating staff. Outdoor pool, and second restaurant not open, as pre-season. Just something to be aware of.

Beautiful place with trees, flowers and sculptures,fantastic views of the Guarda lake, beautiful comfortable room with its own terrace outside. Close to the Anfiteatro del Vittoriale.

Too short stay, I had time only to take pictures, watch a concert , and sleep. Should have stayed longer and enjoyed. Breakfast could have been better for that price.
