Brett and Katrina were fantastic! They sent us a message in advance to warn us of storms in the area and kindly told us to travel safely. They were so welcoming when we arrived. The room was a great size, and it was well stocked and appointed with everything we needed (and more) in the kitchen. The room was completely spotless, and even the towels were folded into a little fan! It was that small detail that really showed the time and care they take to maintain the property. I'm disappointed that we didn't stay long enough to try their breakfast!

We arrived at about 07:30 pm. The Manager had arranged to place the key in a lock box however she was still there. So friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed. As some of the rooms had not yet been cleaned we were offered the room with a disability bathroom. If one has a disability this is the place to stay as so many motels do not cater for this. The Motel is centrally located, opposite the RSL Club and a 1-2 minute walk into the main shopping area. Great Motel. great service and excellent value

There was nothing to criticise.

The Motor Inn is a 3 minute walk into town. The RSL was right across the street where we had dinner and then breakfast the following morning. The room was spacious and well appointed and the air con was wonderful.

There were rooms upstairs and whoever was above my room made so much noise it was ridiculous. Loud heavy footsteps all evening and it started again early in the morning. No need for an alarm to wake me up. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

They were very accommodating. I couldn't arrive until late at night and they had arranged a collection of the key. The room was large and very comfortable.

The air con wouldn't work and the TV wouldn't find any channels. These issues were looked at when I advised them on checkout. I also just wish that when you book it tells you if it's upstairs or downstairs, as I had to carry my sleeping 1 year old plus all the bags all the way upstairs on my own.

Good size family room. Pleasant welcoming from staff. Good location.

The plates, bowls, cutlery in the cupboard were visibly still dirty. Someone had done a rush job of cleaning them. So I washed everything before using. There was also an unpleasant smell about the room which seemed to be coming from the drain holes in the bathroom.

The king room was really spacious and comfortable. Looks like it has been recently renovated. Had everything I needed. The new managers are super friendly and helpful. The motel is right across the road from the RSL for easy meals, otherwise the supermarket is down the road. Handy location. Highly recommend.

Location to town, facilities, room size (huge for our family of 4) and last but not least Kelly was wonderful!

The room did have a bit of a smell, however it was able to be moved on by keeping the window in the bathroom and front door open to create airflow.

Clean, quiet, good location, smooth check in and out process, friendly staff, large room.

All good, except 2x basin tapware were both corroded at the flick mixer and makes the process of turning the water on and off a little less smooth (they've taken the cleaning very seriously). Not a big deal, but should consider replacement in the next round of refurbishment.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. No road noise heard. Comfortable beds, crisp linen and excellent air conditioning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of care and concern shown after a minor mishap.

we ask for a late check out but they could only allow us to stay until 11. we offered to pay to stay later but that was not an option. would have loved to be able to sleep in a bit longer however to their credit they facilitated an 11am check out with no extra charge. definitely appreciated the effort!
