Clean and tidy place, nice pleasant people at reception except one lady

One lady with glasses at the reception was not pleasant at all, she would say no to everything even for which the other people at reception would say yes

Price and parking were for us the critical reasons to choose. We left Disney with rented car and wanted a hotel to sleep 2 adults plus 2 kids 9,7. Small room enough for us . Next morning we drove to Olry...in heavy traffic almost 80 minutes.. we did not try breakfast just an offer for 1 coffee with croissant for 4 euros.

1 plug for 4 devices is really hard to charge in 1 night. Minor issue. We first visited other ibis budget hotel in the same area with very... very similar name .. The given name is really a trick to travelers. And the 2 reception cannot interchange rooms...

Room was clean as was main areas of hotel that we were in (reception and dining area). Staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast was good

I think the air con/heater in our room was broken, stuck on heat. We turned it down to 15 degrees but it was very hot ( I like heat but had to open windows for the night) it was October so not particularly hot outside either. We didn’t complain, I’m sure they would have put it right but we were very tired with a 4yo so didn’t want to have to move room middle of the night and we were only there 1 night

Great location, close to Disney parks. 24h reception and possibility to check in which was important for us. Room exceeded expectations as they provided a cot without even requesting one. Breakfast also very good: continental breakfast with fresh pastries and decent coffee. Relatively late checkout was helpful.

The lift that was close to our room was broken and we were given a room on the 4th floor. However, hotel staff kindly let us use the other elevator on the other side of the hotel by giving us access through a service room. As we travel with two toddlers and several pieces of luggage, this was greatly appreciated.

The property was lovely especially for a few nights. it has everything you need & has hostel kinda vibes but with a private bathroom. I did miss having a kettle in the room for a cuppa but they do have a kettle & microwave in the lobby for you to use with tea making facilities. Special shout out to Mathilde & Laure for all their help in making our stay extra special for my Son’s 21st birthday.

The property is a bit out the way. I was €80 in a taxi from the airport & again heading back. On day one we couldn’t find our way so ended up getting a taxi to & from Disneyland that cost €75 each way!! Far too expensive!! Their is a burger place next to the hotel & the nearest supermarket & train/bus station is a 15min walk from the hotel so it’s definitely worth the walk as the bus & train to disney was €15 return per person. If you don’t mind driving definitely hire a car would be my advice.

Modern decor, pleasant staff, close parking. Showers and beds great.

The lift was not work for 2 days. No support offered to take items to room, on 3rd floor (1 adult x4kids worth of luggage) Breakfast wasn’t included, ( known) which was basic continental at €16 per day per person. Machine hot drinks. No chef effort at all. Hence did not book in advance. The only on-site food was frozen pizza at € 10 each & vending machine

Nice hotel for short stay, close to the place we wanted to go. The new rooms are better than some that are still to be renewed.

Some facilities like a small fridge, kettle and some better place to keep clothes would be nice

Easy location to access. Friendly staff. Great sized room.

Location felt a bit worrisome - I was concerned about my car overnight - but the ease of access to the road was also why we booked this hotel. Breakfast was OK- not great.

It was my Son birthday and as the property is close to Disneyland I booked it. I messaged property in advance, the reception was so good that they decorated room with balloon and card, the smile on my son’s face I will cherish this forever. They deserve more than 5 stars for going above and beyond my expectations.
