We stayed at the hotel for one night and the room was clean with a wonderful view of the mountains and the location was excellent. Only two minutes from Chefchaouen center, where there are cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a road behind the hotel that leads to Chefchaouen Waterfalls and spanish mosque which is the best attractions in the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, which made our stay special and wonderful. I will definitely stay there every time I visit Chefchaouen.

Overall, a great stay! The staff was friendly, and recommended us activities and restaurants. The room was clean and provided all that was needed. Breakfast was perfect. Also, the hotel is located on a road accessible by car. It is very convenient if you're hauling big luggage, as you can get dropped off with the taxi right in front of the door. Medina is in walking distance. For families with small kids, near the hotel is a kids' play park which opens every night at 6pm. Our 3 year old enjoyed this very much.

Perfect spot and Fantastic experience ! Super friendly staff that go above and beyond for what you need. They are truly satisfied with the comfort of your stay. Clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and great vibes all around. Will stay here again when we come back ! Saeed went above and beyond to make our experience even better at our stay. He also helped us book a transfer to Tangier and checked in with us along the way to make sure the ride was going as planned.

The hosts of this hotel were all friendly and spoke very good English. We enjoyed talking with Nabil late into the night and drinking Mint tea. The whole hotel is almost finished with renovations. They reopened in the summer of 2023 after making investments into their rooms and increasing the quality during the previous pandemic downtime. I would absolutely stay here again. It is even better than some Riad's we went to. The rooms are small, but that is a tiny tradeoff for the proximity to the Kasbah, great service, and newly renovated property.

The bathroom shower rod needs to be bent in an L shape so that it covers the toilet, otherwise water gets all over the toilet from the shower.

Great hotel just on the border of the Medina - 2min walk right into the heart of the old town. Modern and chic with great facilities. Clean and tidy bathroom and room kept cool with AC. Staff are friendly and helpful - they helped us organise a taxi to the bus stop and gave us recommendations on where to eat and see the best sunset in town. They even let us store our luggage whilst we waited for our bus after checkout. Many thanks to Lamya and the other hotel staff :)

Nothing we didn’t like but some suggestions for improvement include prompt replies to messages through booking.com or WhatsApp - just got a bit nervous when no one replied to my messages prior to our arrival since we had a bad experience previously with another accom

Beautiful hotel placed strategically close to the main attraction spots. There was a problem with the wifi and they promptly got a technician and fixed it for us. Heater AC provided for in the room. They had a lovely terrace as well where you could chill with some incredible views of the sunset. Breakfast was also good.

Saiid the manager and Omar were great hosts. They did not spare any effort in making our stay smooth and comfortable. Saiid was always there when we needed him and advised us on what to visit and places were to eat. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable and had the necessaries for our one night stay we had. Will definitely book the place again if opportunity arises.

Super friendly staff Mr. Said at evening, and daytime staff also. Delicious breakfast included, bed perfect. Room and bathroom small, but bigger than the advertised 5 sqm. For single travellers perfect.

GPS sent me the wrong way due to location near old city. But staff helped me with great patience

The room was small (but definitely bigger than 3 square meters!) but had everything we needed. Perfect location in the centre of town, the guy at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. You can also relax on the rooftop terrace with great views on Chefchaouen.
