location wise is great. Near to restaurants. Easy to find, parking is available.

lantai toilet ada banyak tahi cicak, maybe housekeeper terlepas pandang. tp spttnya kena improved n double check, since my reservation is paid and guaranteed although i arrived late.

Convenient to stay. The receptionist is very helpful for any procedures during the stay. Parking spot is smooth. The room view is good. Near the fruit stall. Just across the road 😆😆😆

The air condition at room no 1 (queen standard) is akward. Locate at the corner side at the toilet. Prefer it to locate near or facing the bed so the guest can feel the coldness of the room quickly 😛

Slippery toilet, not enough staff (one staff for guest checking in, checking out, checking room etc), no elevator to 2nd floor (difficult for heavy luggage) & poor internet connection

I think they need to keep maintain their aircond as sometimes the aircond doesnt work.

The aircond is good. Location is at the center of the city, near hospital kemaman, so its easy to move around. They sell instant noodles and drinks near the reception. Both floor have water dispenser. The toilet is big.

Location is good Staff was very friendly & helpful The room & the hotel itself is so clean & tidy Overall it was a good stay & will be coming again.

The water pressure was too slow, but it is okay, not a problem at all.
