We had booked an apartment with 2 rooms. Overall great with pool view and 1st floor (no lift) . The environment is good and nice. The staff is also friendly and helpful. It was big and a nice pool. Most like mini My kids were so happy.

We arrived around 3.30. check in process is going smoothly. Actually Ms msk i felt bad mcm something the During maghrib was noisy on the 2nd floor. At 1230 starting bungi furniture bergerak2 tp we still pikir +ve maybe budak2 main.. and started 2.30am bunyi lg still almost till 5am😭.. i,m couldn't sleep. Bukak ayatul Qursi br slow skit then stop. Problemnya i sorg je yg terbangun lain smua slept. So scary 😭. Pg mata mcm 🐼.. Old furniture.. mcm zaman 25 years before 😂..

The location is very good. Beach is calm and there is no one. We had the beach to ourselves. Staff told us to be aware of the sand flies. We did put on insect repellent. The pool is big. There are 3 pools in this hotel. In our room, the beds are comfortable and the air conditioners in the rooms are new. Big plus is the staff in the hotel. Always smiling and helpful the ones at the reception.

The room needs to be refreshed. When we opened the windows, the wind blew out dirt from under the bed. Housekeeping can be improved. For breakfast, the birds flying around the egg cooking station was disturbing.

All of overall everything ok with the all facilities, friendly service and the variety food selection for breakfast, friendly staff from check-in desk to the in-bed dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Additional I was disappointed with the room condition of family suite. The bidet was broke and not functioning properly, the flush of toilet also not functioning which was inconvenient, and some parts of the room is out dated and need to upgrade for better hotel quality. I will come again and hope you can improve your service and facilities. Thank you.

This hotel has always been our happy place. We normally stay at LaVilla (which we love) and this time after a decade and a mistake in choosing the villa, we ended up booking a Garden Villa and a standard room. We love the private beach the most and the staff are all friendly and warm.

The property is so run down, the door to the bathroom has holes - the condition is worse than a budget hotel, water pressure in the Garden Villa was so low; the standard room smells of mold, the air conditioning is either super cold or super warm - no in between and the beds and most furniture look like they have reached the end of life. We can’t open the windows, we can before and this made our rooms stuffy.

Breakfast was ok but can be improved by adding more variety on the menu. The main attractions here definitely the pool and the beautiful beach located just walking distance from the resort. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Had a great time here with my family. I've been here for several times ie for work and holiday.

The bathroom in superior room is quite small. Perhaps people with large size may not enter the bathroom or take the shower. I suggest the door can be changed to the flip door for saving some space. Overall the room need to be refurbished a bit.

Beautiful resort with private beach & 2 swimming pools. We were upgraded to a superior room that leads out to the pool..very convenient to go in & out thru the patio door. Breakfast was very good with a big variety of Malay & western options. Very quite & peaceful away from the hustle & bustle

Beware of the sand fleas on the beach area.. We didn't get to swim in the beach cos we were warned of sand fleas that can be very painful

At first my room was out of water, then the maintenance said we need to wait for at least minimum 45 minutes to get the water flow. And we felt upset bcs we checked in very late due to no room available & not done with the housekeeping yet, some more make us wait for 2 hours. And the Manager Front Desk was really kind and gave us to upgrade our room to for free. Thank you Ms Diana (if not mistaken) for the warmest service! Pls give her a raise!

The management and the room need to upgrade since the hotel rate is not that cheap.

The breakfast on the second day was splendid. The staff is very very very friendly.

The facilities especially the room, can be better. Really old furniture and the toilet was leaking. We don’t feel worth to request new room. Totally for a place just to sleep 😞. I am not satisfied with the facilities cause it’s very old. The top management for this resort please consider to improve and freshen the room with up to date facilities. Your resort is really nice and there’s always people staying despite on weekdays. Please consider. The water pressure is very bad.

The ambience of the surrounding is at its best and very suitable for family vacation. The services were super as the receptionists were helpful, the staffs all very friendly and prompt actions taken when we called n needed help.

The plug is too limited, perhaps the admins can improvise on this matter. It will be just fine if we bring on extension wyres to charge our mobile phones.)

I like the water park for kids, swimming pools, direct access to the beach. There was also a magic show at the pool area which was really entertaining. The suite is ok. But the bathroom door knob is a bit broken. It needs to be replaced with a new one. Food is really easy to get, convenient shops also in walking distance. This is my second time staying in this resort. Will come here again next time.
