I love how considerate and kindfull the host is. I went there for work. Brought along my parents and kids. Unfortunately my works had been delayed, passed the check out time. But the host very thoughtful and let us stay in the accomodation until my work finished. The host even arranged a ground floor unit to facilitate us since my parents are senior citizen. These gestures made me felt really thankful. Our unit are newly renovated. The amenities provided were sufficient enough. It was clean and located just beside the pool. The beach is so private and just walking distance from the accomodation. Will definite choose this for our next staycation. Keep it up for the great hospitality.

- Cosy, decent apartment complete with cabinets, sofa, kitchen with utensils, bath tub, good functioning aircond in every room, tv channels, iron without ironboard (no hair dryer in case you are wondering) - very clean and I love the bed, so comfy and it's like you stay in hotels (not like typical homestays). I give 10 rating for the cleanliness. No ant, cockroaches or bug, floor free from sand. Smell good the moment you stepped in. - good location and easy access, Quite secluded and narrow path to get to the place. However you can easily buy food thru grab food. - staff hospitality. Attended to my request via WhatsApp to upgrade room and helped solve my problem when the blind in kitchen was faulty. Overall I am happy with my stay. Worth money spent and meet my expectations. Some improvements to consider : - regularly maintain the sliding doors latches as they get rusty and become very tight to open/close, - do some paint maintenance touch ups on the wall in apartment to cover watermarks.

- There is hot water heater but not working - no limit and rules for guests using the swimming pool. While I don't mind that, using pool even until 10pm is not nice as kids were making noise (my unit was facing the pool). Also it is not safe to be in the swimming pool at night because the light there is very dim. For safety reason I suggest better to apply rule or raise an alert.

Nothing that we didnt like, just some suggestion and comment for improvement: 1 - The living room floor was a bit sandy. We dont wear footwear inside, so it makes it a bit uncomfortable. But, not to the extend to affect our stay. 2 - The bathtub draining cover was not working, had difficulties to drain the water. 3 - There seems to be lacking facilities for accessability. Going out of elevator, we need to take the stairs to the apartment. I imagine it would be difficult for person with wheelchair.

The owner and Staff are very friendly,good service,and many times to book here.the view of the beach is so beautiful,cleanness home.and most important is swimming pool friendly to my kids and clean too.

does not provide a bbq area also the lighting in the room is not bright enough.thats all.

I almost don’t want to write a good review for this resort because I don’t want the place to get famous and crowded. The beach is very clean. Room is spacious and clean too.

They don’t have breakfast included in their resort but i guess it’s fine since you can cook here. It’s more like a homestay kind of vibe.

The room is spacious and we got our room facing the beach. we can enjoy the beach view from the master bedroom as well as enjoy our time in the bathtub with the beach view. All was exceptionally although it looks creepy from outside. We can just walk to the beach and it was a nice beach.

- The apartment itself is huge and clean. - The management allowed us to check in early. - Swimming pool was open

- The beach is not that clean. May be due to strong wave brought trashes to the beach. Luckily swimming pool is open. - No eateries nearby. Need to go out or order thru grabfood. - Pans and pots in the kitchen are rusty so not usable. Luckily I brought my own pan. - Water heater not available during night. - During my stay, the wind was so strong. A piece of roof at block A fly over and nearly hit my sister's car. Noticed there are workers fixing the roof at that time. Thankfully no one get hit.

The room is big enough for family with kids, comfortable, nice view. Walking distance to beach. The host and reception is easy to deal with. Excellent hospitality. Although, the shower in the master bedroom didn't work, but there's bathtub attached with shower head as well, so that wasn't a problem. Thank you.

Location is so so, Behind is Cherating Beach but not the popular beach area. Mostly local/Malay food. Apartment is huge and spacious. Pool open from 9am-7pm. no breakfast/shop you have to drive to shop nearby to get it.

Located near exit/entrance to highway. Try not to speeding at night else you will miss the turn (to the apartment) and end at highway and you have to make a big U turn from 15km away. Road conditions is bad and dark. 12km to real cherating beach.

Very tranquil , peaceful & relaxing .

The property is just started to hv a new coat of paint . It will look much much better .
